Heavy, gets way too hot. Vibration is insane! Worse than the original cordless KM. Battery life is awful, and strength is much worse. Would return if I could..

We’ve used Frank Rowe for years and are very loyal to them. Now they are not up to their old standards since being bought out by Boss Pet. I’m not able to talk to anyone Boss pet phone clerks who could not help me with my issues. Why offer free shipping over $150 if you are not going to honor it or our tax exempt status. The phone clerk only gave me the option of not ordering from Frank Rowe and just ordering from Pet Edge. So why even keep the Frank Rowe name and website up???

Excellent service! My blades just came back. They were packaged with so much care, you would have thought it was fine jewelry! They also had to replace a piece on one of my blades and returned the damaged piece for full transparency. I'm super impressed. I will definitely use them again and am telling all my horse friends!

Order was placed without any issues and shipped out in a timely manner.

I was happy to get what I wanted and that the sales person mentioned to me how to get free shipping.

I was confused because Rowe no longer exists but the invoice, etc., looks like it does. I was surprised the order came from Illinois not PA.

The shipment was not as quick as I hoped but that is probably because I thought it would be coming from PA before the salesperson explained the move to me.

I’m very satisfied with Frank Rowe & Son – Definitely Sharp. As the owner of Mymobiledog, a mobile dog grooming service in the Miami area, I rely on top performance from my clippers. They repaired them quickly and with great precision. Excellent customer service and fast turnaround. The equipment came back like new. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely use them again!

Two of my bottles leaked out during shipping---all over the other products in the box. Now I have to contact Pet Edge tomorrow and have the products that leaked replaced. Looked like whoever prepared the order just threw the items in the box.

My items got shipped to someone else's address. I was told I have to try and track it down with fedex because it's gone. I don't understand how it got sent to Oregon when the shipping and billing is the same .

Items I ordered came in excellent condition and delivery was faster than I expected.

I thought I was ordering from Frank Rowe and Son. I would have never placed my order if I had know that I was really ordering from Petedge. I was told shipping was going to be free and I used the code but it was retail price shipping. Not even the flat rate I was used to from Frank Rowe and Son. I'm sad to see them go.

I made a purchase that met tge criteria for free shipping but was charged for shipping.

Website wasnt applying free shipping for my products so i had to call in and Pet Edge answered my call. The rep corrected the free shipping problem. Please fix the not applying free shipping error on your website. Im hesitant to order on line from you now.
