Worst company ever, refused to help.
Worst company ever. Use Flannels for years and spent thousands with them. Wanted to change a payment date and my address due to moving house, totally refused help. Charged me a £12 late payment fee which they said was justified then spam messaged me asking for proof of address in a property I moved into 2 weeks ago which I obviously do not have. So refused to change my payment date or proof of address on the account and charged me a fine for it an gave me a default notice for the pleasure. This has to be some kind of trading standards issue?

I just reported Frasers Plus to the FCA, I recommend you do the same.
I made a purchase at Sports Direct and was encouraged to use my Frasers Plus account to secure a further discount. I did, purchasing £110 worth of products. The next day I paid £110 on to my account to clear the balance.
Fast forward 3 months and I go to repeat - making another purchase, and using my Frasers Plus account to get extra discount.
I find my account has a balance on it despite me paying in full. Turns out they’ve automatically opted me on to a 36 month finance agreement! They’re using the £110 to pay the monthly payments and haven’t notified me of any of the above. I assume the first I’d hear from them would be when the money ran out and the monthly payment couldn’t be made as I don’t have a direct debit set up with them.
I honestly can’t believe they can get away with this nonsense - if you’ve experienced the same, raise it with the FCA!
Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service - the person who served me on the app was rude and unhelpful. I’m still trying to get a refund for an order I cancelled over a month ago that has not been refunded to my account. At this rate their actions seem unethical and borderline criminal, in the category of theft. My balance is accruing interest that shouldn’t be there all the while they try to get their ducks in a row. Absolutely disgraceful and I will never be using this platform ever again.

I was cheated into joining Fraser plus account in store Fraser Telford I purchased some ladies clothes for my wife and some sportswear assuming I was getting points to save as you go I tried to pay off in store less than 36 hours and got ripped off for over £130.00 interest for 3 days don’t take one out don’t join don’t join

Very complicated to understand payments. Automatically put me on very high interest retun also charge you £12 late fee when I thought I was set up for automatic payments. I won't be using this again and I wouldn't recommend it to others.

I made a payment and hey presto... "payment missing" is their excuse. In the mean time that payment will incur a interest charge whilst they leave it to sit there whilst they "find" said missing payment. They want £61.50 to close the account yet the Remaining amount is £41.00.
The payment of £20.50 will never be found!!!

The worst company in the uk
The worst company, worst website and no customer services. I have ordered some items and because of their worst website, the order has become double. I went online for returns, but their website is so ambiguous that I can’t find how to return items sent by third parties or even to them,so I decided to call but there’s no one to answer phone calls, which is so frustrating. I have never been so frustrated in my life like with a retail website and company like this before and The thought of it raises my blood pressure. I have regretted dealing with such a company and do not recommend anyone to use their services. Their AI chat box too is so rubbish that you can’t even continue because of the irrelevant questions it asks, and you cannot even txt to see it you can’t get other topics.
Regret dealing with this company
Bought a coat from studio which was not suitable and returned it immediately, studio acknowledged the return a few days later.
I had a zero balance with studio but Fraser plus kept saying I had to pay interest.
I got fed up with them and asked to close my account with them.
3 months later and still trying to close that account with them.
Email after Email and getting nowhere.
Needless to say when this is finally sorted I will never have any dealings with them again.

If you want to make a purchase in store, apparently you need your ID, to ensure that you are who is on the account. Does it mean that the account is easy to hack and so the app unsafe???? So you cant use the app if you dont carry an ID, therefore it is not fit for purpose and so apparently is not safe. Also customer service is not existent!!

Really bad, impossible to navigate customer service procedures.
Example: 1 item missing from my order as it was out of stock but I was stilled billed for it - after spending an age trying to work out how to actually reach someone through their crazy chatbot I was told it's not our responsibility it's who you ordered it from (Frasers retail) and to contact them. This sound plausible until you find out that Frasers (retail) told me it wasn't their responsibility, and to contact Frasers (plus / accounts).
It is a nightmare!

Now I’m being hounded for a payment I’ve already payed and have the proof that the money left my account and despite customer service saying that the issue will be resolved IT WASNT!! Disgusting shop. I thought this was house of fraser, but I'm not sure. You can't speak with anyone and I've registered a complaint. Been sat on chitty chat service for ages waiting to chat to an agent - tried this several times to no avail.
The bottom line is that I thought I'd purchased in good faith on a 0% pay in 3 but instead its automatically put me on some interest store card!!!

Right went in store seen 2 items to buy as gifts one a coat £400 anyway with the coat was unsure on what size to fit my daughter , daughter said it depends on make etc etc anyway staff advised me to open an account omg video of face id bank details etc etc . Because returns policy is a credit note ? If im spending over £500 and it needs returning i want my money back simples!! So opened account drove 75 miles the stuff was fine paid the amount in full closed account ? Well now 20th of nov account still not closed sent loads of emails etc now been told allow upto 56 days this crap is on my credit file do not open an account with this company do not purchase anything there are 💩 .paid a lot of money to be stressed out never again .
