When you have a question about Freak's products, which I have three times, I always get a prompt and polite response from the Freak crew within about 24 hours. I received my ABX bench last January (2026) and it is the center piece to my home gym. Either working compound lifts using my functional training rack or doing isolation lifts, the ABX is awesome. The bench is expensive so do your research as I did. There are allot of good benches out there but none can do what the ABX offers. The versatility of performing different lifts, and the quality of the build is what makes this bench rock!

Freak Athlete makes great products. I own both the Hyper Pro, and the ABX bench with leg extension attachment. Both are very well constructed and extremely functional. My home gym is now complete!

Just received the product. The main box was open and material was missing, including the main component of the bench. These people don't have a phone number... only email. Cs is non responsive.

Update: I changed my review from one star to four. FA replied to my complaint and quickly addressed the issue. The equipment assembled nicely and there were no missing parts (after the last box arrived.) It feels sturdy and I can’t wait to try it out. I would’ve giving it 5 stars were it not for the shipment hiccup.

As a veteran I have some severe combat related injuries on my back requiring physio twice a week now for over 10 years so far (management of injury). My Exercise Physiologist and I discussed this machine and benefits. So I purchased it and wow...it is so easy to use, is very stable andallows me to do a variety of exercises away from physio. I cannot fix my back but I can manage it and this machine is part of that solution. Any assitance from the team has also been very fast and conversational. Awesome purchase.

When I reached out to customer service with an issue I was having, they got back to me quickly and efficiently. Easily solving my problem. And just to note, the issue was me and not anything to do with my new ABX bench and Leg Developer attachment, which I absolutely love!

I bought the HyperPro from Freak Athlete, along with all of the attachments a few months ago. As I was looking to buy a new bench, I was happy to learn they would be releasing one. It was all worth the wait and is quite the improvement/upgrade vs the one I had before! The ABX I received was damaged in shipping. The staff at Freak Athlete was very quick to help! This is among the best customer service I have ever seen from a company and I couldn't be happier. Don't hesitate to do business with these people, you won't regret it!! A++ experience for me with everything that matters in the end: awesome products and even better customer service!
