Recieved my corals on time and package was fine.
The corals however was the worst quality I've ever recieved.
Several was already dead, and went straight to the trash. A holy grail with barely any tissue left died the day after.
Contacting them, the came up with random excuses, asked for more pictures.
I send the pictures, and they never replied.
Do NOT order from this place. They have no knowlegde about what a healthy coral looks like, and there are cheaper and better stores.
UPDATE:
The store reached out to me, and actually gave a good service providing some store credits.
Still not happy with the corals recieved, but the customer service was good.
I just started in the Hobby and the guys at freakin corals answered all my questions and helped me starting my first reef tank. Great shop and amazing staff!
Ordered some corals 2 weeks ago and shiped this monday to ireland, it should be arrive tuesday yesterday but ups got delay so only got order wednesday today, unbelievable packging!!! In winter you guys put heatpad on top of the box!! how is those people thinking? In this god dawn it winter with one heatpad and it is in top side of the box.
And most dispointed things is they have no valid reply when you reported to them

Purchased over €300 worth of corals, 3 weeks ago. I recive no order confirmation so I emailed asking for it - they told me it was in my spam folder (it wasnt) and they said they have my order and it will be shipped in 14 days.
14 days passed without update so I mailed them again and was told the order is ready to ship, so I asked to be shipped the next business day - NO reply!
I followed up again 2 days later - No reply!
its now nearly 1 week later, 3 weeks after ordering - its a scam!
Im now contacting my bank to get my money back.
