Freaks of Nature Solar Shield

I purchased Freaks of Nature Solar Shield directly from the company and was very disappointed with the customer service. I had a question and concern about an ingredient in the product that I believed could be harmful, so I sent two emails and left a voicemail asking for clarification. Weeks later, I still have not received any response.

Based on my experience, the lack of communication has significantly reduced my confidence in the company, and I would not feel comfortable purchasing from them again.
