Ordered a ring for my husbands…

Ordered a ring for my husbands birthday, unfortunately it was 1 size too small. I contacted Fred Bennett and Laura arranged a returns label, and dispatch of a replacement ring. She was extremely helpful and professional. Cannot fault thd customer service.

I ordered a bracelet which was…

I ordered a bracelet which was delivered according to the timescale advised. I then had a problem opening the clasp on the item and emailed the company via their website for advice. A reply was quickly sent with a link to a short video explaining how to open the clasp. Excellent service.
