I clicked on a link on tik tok for a jumper. I put the order in on 10/11/25. It is now 3/03/26 and I still haven’t received the order. I opened a dispute with Klarna and they have now contacted me after 2 months to say that they don’t have them on their website and that they have tried to reach out to them but no communication. I said to them just on the phone there that it is a fake website and there has been a lot of reviews about them being a ‘scam’. Klarna said there is nothing they can do now and the case is closed, so now I have to pay for goods that I’ve not received.

I ordered a pair of shoes in September, but they have still not been delivered. I requested a refund; however, no money has been refunded. For the past two months, the company has not responded to any of my emails.

Ordered from this Company and after 2 months of waiting I received a picture message stating my order had been delivered. I tried numerous times to ring them but the number they have doesn't exist. I emailed them and didn't receive anything back .I contacted my bank to block anymore payments from my account. Luckily my bank refunded me and are trying to contact them .This is a fake business. Do not order anything from these.

I would rate it lower if I could ! Absolute scammers ! Took the money , sent a fake tracking code , said my order had been delivered, still no response I have reported the company to the 3 parties involved in the process and not one have responded! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ! 2 months and still nothing

Avoid. Scam. Simple as that. Goods ordered, claimed they had arrived. Nothing has. Emailed, no response.

Absolute Rip off. Ordered Gore Tex all weather shoes on 5-11-25. After 4 weeks sent an email asking about package. They responded asking for the original order number. Then on the Shop app it quoted parcel was delivered on 7-12-25. No sign of any parcel and no response to my emails! Advertised on Tik Tok, They should put a stop to these bogus companies.

Just been ripped off .Waited 2 months for delivery ,they said the courier lost the parcel but they would replace .never did .Total con don’t waste your money .Rip off

Stay well clear. Product was advertised on TikTok and I believed I was purchasing from a trusted site. I was not. 4 weeks waiting for delivery. After multiple emails and no reply. Said delivered but was not. ABSOLUTE SCAM SITE.

Disgusting company total rip off... avoid like the plague... ordered 2 items from them but no delivery... and they have the cheak to say out for delivery and then say delivered... but nothing delivered... and they don't refund you... horrible nasty people...

Awful site COMPLETE SCAM do not use!!!!!!!!! Never received the shoes I ordered even after I got a reply to one of my 10 emails saying they will still come that was two months ago. Absolute scam do not use!!!

Stay away from them took money straight away been chasing them for weeks make it very hard to stay in touch with them it’s a joke of a company they say my stuff has been delivered but no sign of it

Don’t trust them they take your money and nothing turns up asked for a refund but no reply this has been going on for 6 weeks don’t touch them if u want them to steal your money.

Never trust this Company. The items are from china and the customer service is from Amsterdam.

Fusk firma, vil advarer andre mod at handle her. Scam company, will warn others not to shop here. They withdraw money immediately and it is difficult to contact the company. My experience is that 8 days after money has been withdrawn from the account, I am told that the item is not available and now I am left with no goods or money for the purchase. The company instead offers a 100% discount code for the purchase of another product that I am not at all interested in having, only the product that I had ordered which is not available.
