The product is good that don’t scam any one. That have a lot of choices you can smell the parfum in store but it is a little over price on some fragrance

I love this store, even though the prices are too high. I once bought the wrong perfume by mistake, came back a week later, and they exchanged it without any problems because the box hadn't been opened. The service varies from city to city. In one, I was treated like garbage, and the salesperson pointedly ignored me, but in another, everything was perfect; everyone was polite and eager to help. It's a mixed bag, but I definitely love this chain.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff was incredibly rude when I entered the store -- something in my bag started beeping (another shop forgot to remove the RFID tag from an item I bought). Instead of politely asking to check my bag, the employee told me to leave and said, "I can't have you beeping all over like that." She even mentioned having to call security if I stay. The attitude is totally unacceptable so I will never come back. It's clear why this store has so many negative reviews.

I purchased an Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream, and to my shock, the product arrived with a broken seal and had clearly been used. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a skincare product where hygiene and safety are of utmost importance.

It is highly irresponsible to send a used product to a customer, and this experience has severely damaged my trust in your store. I initially chose to order from your website due to the competitive pricing, but it seems the lower price comes at the cost of quality and integrity.
