What a terrible experience
What a terrible experience. I spent hours creating a video with a clear script and used the necessary credits (about $10), but their AI kept demanding changes, only to give up again afterward. Even when I told it, "Just do it the way you think is best and whatever you believe is possible," it still came up with objections. In the end, it actually advised me to stop and request a refund. I contacted customer support several times, but never received a response.
A complete waste of time and money. DO NOT USE THIS!!!

Son unos estafadores. Pagué por la suscripción ultimate y me cobraron 40€. Me dieron los 19.000 créditos. Hice 1 SOLO VÍDEO, mediante el cual, la ia daba errores constantemente. Para solucionarlo, me cobraban créditos. El resultado final fue que hice un vídeo, de calidad lamentable, a pesar de hacerlo en 4k, me cobraron todos los créditos y ya no puedo hacer nada más. Todo eso en 1 hora o menos. Escribí al servicio técnico el día 4 de Julio, y hasta la fecha, ni me han devuelto los créditos ni me han contestado al mail.
Conclusión: SON UNOS ESTAFADORES.
They are complete scammers. I paid €40 for the Ultimate subscription, and they gave me the 19,000 credits. I only made one single video, during which the AI kept constantly throwing errors. To fix those errors, they kept charging me extra credits.The final result? I ended up with one single video of terrible quality—even though I rendered it in 4K—they took all my credits, and now I can't do anything else. All of this happened in less than an hour.I emailed their technical support on July 4th, and as of today, they haven't refunded my credits or even replied to my email.Conclusion: They are total scammers. Avoid them at all costs.

I would've given them zero stars if that were an option. It leaves in the middle of my project and asks to apply for a booster pack even though I still have a few thousand credits. It charges for every failed attempt, even when their system fails and asks me to retry. The support team (I doubt if they even have one) has been ignoring my refund request for weeks.
I don't recommend them at all. Avoid them entirely to save your money and peace of mind.

Absolute rubbish, fails to make a video, then blames you for it. Every failed generation means your credits are taken away as well. Rubbish . Support ignores you. Its a scam. I am doing a charge back via my bank.

This application is so buggy. The AI seems designed to continually no understand clear simple directions, charging the user valuable credits to fix its own screw ups. I spent 8000 credits on a video I didn't even get after constantly being charged for quota issues, AI screwups, and a final production crash after many, many hours of work and wasted time. Customer service never addressed my service ticket. Unless you're looking for endless frustration and a lot of wasted money, I recommend OpenArt AI. It's not cheap either, but at least I get the videos I want...for the most part.

A scam company of the worst kind. No response from their customer service. Stay well away from this unpleasant company.

I had a terrible experience with this service. In fact, the AI kept admitting that it was making mistakes and wasting both my time and money, but of course didn't offer a refund. After eight frustrating hours - and $20 down then drain - I still didn't have anything to show for it. I sent several emails to headquarters, but they never answered. Avoid at all costs.

Freebeat.ai is an absolute scam. They knowingly deceive customers and mislead them in the most shameless way possible. They heavily advertise features like Veo 3, but the moment you buy credits, you find out the generator isn’t even available. Instead, most of what you get are hidden, cheap, low-quality Chinese models.To make matters worse, even if you select Kling Pro—the only decent option on the platform—the system completely ignores your choice. It defaults back to Pixverse anyway, but still charges you the higher credit rate for it. In short, Freebeat.ai is just a rebranded Pixverse with a fake interface. The creators deliberately trick you into thinking you have choices, but you don't. This is a 100% rip-off and fraud. Avoid this site like the plague!

I used their free program to try it out. After an hour, I figured out that they were not accepting WAV files. The instructions listed WAV files as fine. Finally GOOGLE told me that many people have reported a glitch with using WAV files and I should upload MP3 files instead. OK. So I go back and try it with the MP3 file and things proceed all the way to the video generation, and suddenly the free 10 second video will not generate unless I recharge my credits. It used up most of my credits when I uploaded the WAV file. How dumb.. now I will definatly not get the program. I already feel ripped off. All I wanted to see is what the graphics looked like before I start a subscription. I'm not impressed.

Terrible Ai maker, they can’t produce your video but still takes your credits away!!

A total waste of money. Character's constantly look nothing like the uploaded image and support doesn't want to know about it even after wasting 15k credits on unusable footage. Will never use again!

In my experience, Freebeat does not properly respect the reference images or the prompts. I spent credits generating videos and the results were repeatedly unusable: the platform changed the identity, body proportions and appearance of the female characters instead of keeping the reference image.

The worst part is that when I uploaded images of normal women, the system repeatedly made them look more sexualized, slimmer, beautified and stereotyped, even though I did not ask for that. I asked for the same woman, same body, same face, same styling and same artistic intention. Instead, the output often turned the reference into a generic sexualized version.

I also found the customer support very poor. They do not properly respond, and they do not refund credits for defective generations, even when the result clearly does not follow the prompt or the reference image.

I have screenshots, prompts, reference images and generated results documenting everything.

This is not just a technical problem. A platform that repeatedly alters women’s images by making them slimmer, sexualized and stereotyped should be held accountable. There should be a collective complaint against this company for using women’s images as objects and changing the original references without consent or instruction.

I cannot recommend this platform.

This is an awful service. They use a ton of credits and have no consistency in their video creation. Highly don't recommend.

I'm writing this to save the next person the money, time, and frustration I lost here.
Over2 week, I spent thousands on Freebeat expecting to actually produce finished music videos. Instead I got all failed generations — renders that stalled, ignored my prompts, or fell apart at the final merge — and every single failure still drained my paid credits. Pay, wait, get nothing usable, pay again to retry the same broken process. Nothing I could actually use ever came out the other end.
But the wasted money isn't even the worst part — it's that there is no one home. I emailed support 5 times over 2 weeks about the failures and the lost credits, and got zero response. No reply, no fix, no refund. You're left paying for a product that doesn't deliver, with no way to reach a human who'll make it right.
If the tool worked, or if support actually answered, I'd tell you to try it. Neither is true. I'd strongly caution anyone — especially anyone running a business or on a deadline — to keep your money. There are platforms that deliver what they promise and answer their customers. This is not one of them.

I would give zero stars if I could. I have spent 30 hours trying to get usable video. The new Freebeat 2 is completely broken and they wont admit it... and when I complained via Discord... they deleted me from the server. DO NOT give this company any money... they will take it and give nothing back. They will even insult you in messages and then ignore you.

Nothing works. It looks like it. Makes storyboards, pretends everything is fine, takes your money, then nothing. Then you discover, no tech support whatsoever, including AI. And email support address was useless.

We got tricked into the worst AI to generate videos. Freebeat 2.0 is very inaccurate. We wanted to use seedance but after we bought a subscription it was not available as promissed. I have to let my subscription run out over stripe as i cant cancel it.

I started using Freebeat.ai back in October of 2025 to create music videos using my photos. It worked really well generating me and matching throughout the video. There were times I had to regenerate a scene because it did not generate properly. Overall I was satisfied until just recently. I was able to make 4 music videos from October to February of this year 2026 and enjoyed how they turned out.

But recently I’ve tried creating another music videos using my same photos and the reference image generated me perfectly but the scene images and video images were nothing close to me. I tried all of the settings nothing has worked. I wasted over 30,000 credits on this one project.

I’ve written their customer service asking for a full refunded and no one has responded. I’ve followed to my first email and still no response.

Something has changed on their website because the settings are not the same.

I am very upset they are not responding and actively looking for an alternative solution.

You guys won me over last year and now you suck!!!

What a load of absolute shit. As a previous person commentated it burns through credits outwith your control and in my case it says it was experiencing issues in the background and asks you to try again. After losing a shed load of credits for nothing to show it was time immediately to cancel my subscription. Taking your pants down in a spectacular fashion, dont be tempted! And if i could give it zero stars i would!
