Connor, a very pleasant and friendly young man, who installed my new fire door did a very professional job, cleaning up thoroughly afterwards. I was very pleased with the finished job, a good quality door with work completed to a high standard. I would have awarded five stars but for the fact that no one turned up on a couple of previously agreed dates but this was clearly an admin/management problem. I trust this was an unfortunate glitch. But based on the high standard and quality of the work, I would indeed recommend this company.

Firstly my sincere apologies for the delay in giving you this feedback, I have been in Hospital for major surgery and on-going issues.

I own a flat within a purpose built block, which is rented out to tenants. Last year the managing agents conducted a 'fire door inspection' of the front door to each flat in the block and I was advised that my front door failed the inspection due to the 'gaps' between the door and the door post being too wide and did not meet the required new regulations.

I was advised to locate a 'fire door specialist' who was sufficiently experienced & knowledgeable to complete the necessary work.

I conducted my own research and asked several companies to provide me with a quotation, having spoken to each company and examined the quotations, I decided to use your company "Freebird Carpentry Ltd".

My whole experience in dealing with you and your colleagues was everything that I could hope for, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and most professional, the work was carried out with minimum inconvenience and with the utmost professionalism, the workmen were also very conscientious in clearing up any mess that they had caused.

I am happy to say that everything was done perfectly, photographs were taken at every stage of the work and I was (and am still) very very satisfied with the services provided by your company.

Thank you so very much for all your work, I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone requiring the services that you provide.

Arrived in time. Liam was polite and friendly. Did a professional job left all clean and tidy. Took the time to help me with the door as I was finding it difficult with arthritis in hands and arms.

The fitter, Liam, who arrived to fit my fire door was impressive immediately.

The fire door installation was excellent. Ryan was friendly and professional. He painted the surrounding area and left everything looking great once the job was finished. He worked efficiently and cleaned up afterward. Very happy with the service and would recommend.

After a few teething problems with our threshold and paint, the final product is good. Izzy has been really good and professional in keeping us informed about the works etc, well done Izzy.

Very pleased with the Fire Door which has been installed in my flat, the colour is lovely (pale blue), the installation was quick and the workman tidied up afterwards, even vacuumed!!.

I chose Freebird to manufacture and install compliant fire rated front doors for mine and my two neighbours following our existing doors failing a fire inspection the process has been very good thank you Graham, Harry, Ryan for dealing with my enquiry and Conner for a truly careful professional installation on site well done guys oh mustn’t forget Izzy in the office

Fire door install very well and to a high standard. Whole process was based on pleasing the customer from initial meeting where example door displayed, and questions answered, to the workmen installing. A messy job was handled with minimum disruption and place was left spotless. Everything explained before they left. No hesitation in recommending Freebird as a company and Arthur & Liam as fitters. Had my fire door replaced recently by freebord they were very professional polite & knowledgeable very efficient & although there was a lot of mess everything was cleared up nicely. Liam was very good
