It's fun to see what you've earned every day.
It's cool that you definitely get at least 1 cent every day.

The only real way to earn money is to spend it on bonus things for games. I get a notification telling me I have a streak I’m now on about day 25 and the most I’ve got rewarded for a streak is 8p despite it saying I could get £8. It’s usually 2p.

I had a disappointing experience with Freecash. I successfully completed offers, received one payout, and continued using the platform in good faith. Later, my account was permanently restricted with a remaining balance of over $150.
I appealed the decision and asked for clarification, including which specific Terms of Service provision I had allegedly violated and which offer was at issue. Unfortunately, I received only a generic response stating that no further details could be provided. The appeal response was signed by "FrankenBot (AI Assistant)," and my request for clarification was not addressed.
I understand that platforms need fraud prevention measures, and I respect that. However, I believe users should receive a meaningful explanation when an account is permanently restricted, especially when legitimate earnings are forfeited.
Based on my experience, I would encourage others to be aware that an account restriction may result in losing any remaining balance, and that you may not receive a detailed explanation for the decision.
UPDATE: I followed Becky's suggestion and emailed as instructed with my Freecash ID. Unfortunately, 12 minutes later I received the same response from "FrankenBot (AI Assistant)" stating that my appeal had been denied, the restriction would remain in place, and no further details or appeals would be provided.
I appreciate the invitation to contact the review team, but in my experience it did not result in any additional review or explanation beyond the previous responses. My concern remains that I have never been told which specific offer or activity allegedly violated the Terms of Service or why my legitimate earnings were forfeited.

Freecash was okay at first (ok, but fun for pennies until you really start playing, and spending too) - the games and surveys were fun, sometimes a bit laborious. I withdrew cash once and took some out in Amazon cash (but that was 'rejected' and I never saw it again. When I went to the App today, firstly I wasn't able to enter the app...eventually it made me sign in again but rather than signing in it created a new profile, telling me it needed more details! So I lost the cash I'd accrued there, not much, I won't cry. But I tried to get in touch with them which was impossible, and if they do get in touch and recompense what I lost, I will amend this terrible review.
But for now: AVOID!!! Like the plague!
This review wants my Freecash ID but it has created a new ID for me, so hardly any point in that!
You can see from my reviews that I am very honest about everything here.

I have been using Freecash legally and honestly for months, successfully completing 252 offers and reaching the Gold League. I have never used a VPN, never shared an account, and strictly followed all Terms of Service. My identity (ID verification) was officially approved. However, the exact moment I tried to withdraw my hard-earned balance of €379.82 via two €190 bank transfers), their automated system flagged it as "unusual activity" and permanently banned my account. When asking support for a reason, their AI assistant "FrankenBot" completely shuts down the conversation with a generic copy-paste message. According to Article 17 of the European Digital Services Act (DSA), platforms are legally required to provide a specific, detailed reason for account termination. Freecash and Almedia GmbH refuse to do this. They happily let you spend time and money in games to earn rewards, but the moment you try to withdraw a substantial amount, their automated bot system steals your money.
