Ignored for Over two Months – No Support for Tax Report Error
I've been trying to get support from Freedom24 for over two months now regarding an erroneous tax report that still hasn’t been corrected.
I initially contacted their support team via ticket, received only copy-paste replies like “we’re looking into it,” and was then told to email another email address — which was completely ignored.
I also contacted info(at)freedomfinance.eu, the same address their PR team keeps pointing people to in review responses — but that, too, went unanswered.
Since the company has failed to acknowledge or resolve the issue, I’ve now filed a complaint with BaFin.
If you expect reliable service or accountability, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Unbelievable Fraud – The Worst Platform I’ve Ever Used
One of the most non-transparent and misleading platforms I’ve ever dealt with – they charge huge hidden fees without warning and automatically apply an unfavorable pricing plan with no option to choose. Support avoids giving clear answers, and the manager ignored my questions despite promising to follow up. After I warned them I’d expose their scam, they even deleted my order history – luckily, I have screenshots and screen recordings as proof.

USELESS PLATFORM
Freedom`s trading platform was not accessible for several days, which kind of defeats the purpose of using an online broker. Rather than proactively informing clients about this situation they seem to have hoped that nobody would notice this failure of epic dimensions and kept quiet. To make matters worse it took 5 e-mails until someone responded (more than 24 hours after the first e-mail) and none of these losers found it necessary to answer their phone.

Unproffesional broker, i have invested a lot of money through this platform but the latest shut down without informing on what is going on is a clue that this platform is unreliable. ill withdraw all of my funds when it is (hopefully) functioning again.

Deliberately showing wrong index rates
Deliberately showing wrong index and stock prices on realtime table. They always blame their api's and software for the issue whenever contacted, and their support never signs with a full name, making it look scammy.
NEVER place money on their savings account (CD). If you use the platform, make sure to deposit the exact amount you intent place on an instrument.

Good enough
It’s a good enough platform for beginners. However, some of its most attractive features, the D Account and the long term placements, have been discontinued without notice and no plan for alternatives. Very disappointing. The handlers however are a nice touch, people you can talk about investment and get advise from. Mine is Ms. Alona Zdebska, very helpful so far.
