Booked an activity and told is it was canceled when we were going there !
Of course customer support was closed.

Lost money and time.

I highly recommend this experience, kids really enjoyed it, the host Guido and his assistant were professional and super friendly.

My husband, his brother, and I decided to embark on the 2 Hour Quad Tour in Cerveteri, and we couldn't have been happier! Our guide, Mattia S., was fantastic. The ride through Cerveteri and its surrounding areas was nothing short of breathtaking. It truly is an adventure you don't want to miss! The quads were user-friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. I would absolutely do this again!

This place is amazing, the people are extremely friendly and speak very good English and they have a nice restaurant. Fair warning If you are going in a larger groupe just know they can only take 2 people at a time and each trip is about 30 minutes so plan accordingly.

This was supposed to be a thrilling experience but it turned out terrible.
After an 1,5 hour drive we got to the location on the mountain top near Castello.
Kind of an eerie place, the parkinglot was covered with a blanket of used condoms and butwipes, gross. We’ve waited for half an hour in the scorching sun only to get a message from the instructor saying that the conditions were not right, and if we could wait 4 hours to get the session going. How is that even an option?! We drove all the way from the Amalfi coast to this weird place only to be left waiting for half a day!?
There was supposed to be a rescheduling e-mail send the day before but all I got was a extra confirmation that the appointment was definitely going to happen at the suggested time of 11:30.
I get that paragliding is a thing that is very dependable on the weather conditions but the communication around this whole thing was terrible to say the least.

I booked a boat trip for today, which was confirmed yesterday. This morning, we traveled to the harbor, and we had to call the contact person because they didn't send an email or call to cancel our reservation due to the weather. The booking was confirmed yesterday, and I suspect that the weather situation might have already been known at that time. But even if not, it would have been the minimum expectation for your partner to inform us this morning that we wouldn't be able to go out on the boat.

I reported this issue to customer service through the chat, and your colleague promised to check if it could be rescheduled for tomorrow. This was around 11:00 AM. I followed up in the chat at 1:00 PM, but I didn't receive any response, and the conversation was closed.

Now, I’ve received an email about the refund...

I made a mistake in the booking, email asking for a change, and this was made very promptly.

I made a paraglide flight with Alan at lake Garda. It was a truly amazing experience. The registration proces was a bit messy, but in the end we had a great flight over the hills near lake Garda. Alan and the other instructors were very friendly and funny, but when it comes to security the are very serious and experienced. I can fully recommend their services, it is an unforgettable experience.

All aspects of my booking experience with Freedome were outstanding. The navigation and search were easy and provided many options to choose from. The ability to slightly modify my request to accomodate the number of people in my group was a welcome surprise. The help from the customer support made it super easy to implement. The entire customer support team was friendly, efficient, patient and very responsive. I am truly looking forward to take my group on this boat adventure in late September. Thank you Freedome.

It was a huge disappointment for us.
We booked for a horse riding experience in the Ostia Pine forest. My son is 9 years old and was overly excitided, he loves horses.
I have left my phone at home before travelling to Rome, and I immediatelly alerted Freedome that I have different phone number (my husband's). The owner of horse farm phoned me a bit before 18.00 that they have cancelled the program that has started 19.20. We stayed at Rome that the program organiser knew. It took more than an hour to get there from Rome. Of course I didnt get the message to my old phone, because Freedome didnt give the new one to the farm lady. We went there by taxi, when she told us she cancelled the program. We were furious. we came back by taxi and payed 110 Euro and spent 2,5 hours travelling in a hot weather. it was very unpleasent to pay for nothing and to ruin our last evening in Rome. My son was very disappointed. it could be avoided with attention from Freedome. They of course did not pay back the 110 Euro taxi bill.

We booked 2 flighths.
First one had great conditions with a lot of airlift. Super great experience. Super smoth landing.
For the second flight, there was almost no lift and the flight was only a few minutes. So the pilote toke us for a new flight. How nice. That flight was way super and longer.
So thanks to pilot Marco and his compagnon.
The service and enthusiasm by those 2 super cool dudes was to remember. Thanks guys.

WOW! We all rated this as our top day in Taormina. Frederico was a superb captain. Between the sight seeing, swimming, wine and cheese and the music he played we could not have been happier! This trip is a MUST DO when in Taromina.
A side note...the original day of our excursion was cancelled due to winds ( we were happy that they took our safety seriously) and they very easily sent up another day for us!
