No support
I emailed support to request help with how to use this platform. No one has responded and it’s been over 2 weeks. Secondly, I would like to cancel this membership but cannot find how to do so online. I find it annoying that I have to once again email support to assist me. There should be a link for persons who want to cancel their membership. It should be easy.
