Unfortunately, a friend that I recommended it to, wasn't able to get the activation code after paying with his credit card. He is in the process of trying to get his money back, because he is unable to contact the company.

Great product, great customer service
In addition to the app's functionality and ease of use, I really appreciated the company's very responsive customer service. I'm an older dude, not too swift on computers. When I had a minor problem converting from the free to the full feature version of the app, the rep solved the problem quick.
