The quality of the videos are great, it's easy to follow with, and the mentors are easy to talk to.

What makes it even better is the feedback on each project. This definetely adds a lot to your improvement.

Has someone who has some coding experience I truly believe Freemote delivered on the work they have put into their courses.

I just finished my first week with Freemote. And more impressively I just received video feedback about my first project from one of the instructors.

Aaron is a great mentor who does an exceptionally job explaining the topics. Freemote has been the best decision I have ever made.

Freemote is really engaging and makes you learn in a way where you just want to keep going! I like the real world problems and personalized solution videos that help you improve on your work. Freemote is great for those wanting to learn at their own pace all while having the help you need along the way. This is a career switch for me and with having no technical background prior, this program has really helped me in developing a strong foundation because that is the way this program is structured!

This organization has been really helpful with teaching those who have no experience coding the basics and even guiding them through the process. The instructors are very knowledgeable on the subject and their feedback is very helpful!

Feedback is very personalized and the course is incredibly designed! The projects really help to re-enforce the content you learn. The whole community is extremely helpful and supportive. I love how welcoming the community is, especially for someone with no knowledge or experience at all.

The instruction is very thorough and easy to understand. Both Jan and Aaron have a good grasp of what a beginner will struggle with and they address it. Example: They will point out how to navigate through a site rather than just saying go to page "X" and click on "Y". These things are often unclear if you are unfamiliar with a system. Their technical instruction is great. I have worked through quite a few coding course and tutorials and I feel like I understand the subject matter better after a Freemote tutorial than I have with most other instruction.

CONFIDENCE! I was already working as a junior developer when I bought this course, but wanted the confidence to use my skills as a freelancer. I think this course is one of the best products out there for anyone looking to achieve that goal, whether they have some experience like me, or none at at. It's realistic, reasonable, and helps guide you not just through the hard skills of coding, but the much more intimidating process of getting hired for jobs. The lessons are high quality, the pacing is perfect, and you definitely feel like you're making progress which each completed section. Even though I already had work experience, still learned a lot even from day one. It definitely takes commitment. Each week is going to be packed, but it is so worth it. I went from having no desire to even create an Upwork account to having a profile I feel confident in. I'm able to submit several job proposals each day, and sometimes even getting invited by clients to submit proposals. What once felt overwhelming is now a simple - even enjoyable - part of my day.

Going into this program I didnt have any coding experience. This program is amazing because it has what you need to get started on the front-end. Extensive amounts of practice and projects. Also a plethora of support and feedback. I enjoyed all the feedback and it in turn has helped me grow as a developer. I like the self pace because I have a busy life and this allows me to learn and not feel pressured by deadlines. I recommend this program 1000%.

Freemote has been a fantastic learning tool and community. I'm very motivated to improve and feel that, with these instructors, community and lessons that I can accomplish my goal to work in the tech field.

My only qualm with freemote is that the claim to be "7 weeks" may have been cutting it short a bit. Week 1 took me 3 weeks, though week 2 took me 4 days. I think the pacing of the class varies per person, but that overall even at 20-30/hrs a week, it takes a bit longer than what they said.

This does not detract from the value of this class. Look at the other reviews here, this class is insanely well made and structured.

Overall my experience so far is amazing, the people who work here are super knowledgeable, personable, and great personalities.

Highly recommend if you want a structured bootcamp that is straight to the point and efficient.

Great company, great product, great service

There’s this tragic misconception that we need lots of money and higher education to be successful in this facet of business…this course has smashed that lie out of the park.

The course does an excellent job of providing real world material that has you coding like a pro in a matter of hours.
There is a great community online that offers input and asks for feedback on projects you or they may struggle with.

I was worried this might end up as another hobby I never make money back on, but just seeing the practice work from week one my alone has had people asking for my services once I have finished the course. I’m really grateful for the opportunity, community, etc.

This is definitely a course worth investing in.
Be mindful that if you do not have a full 40 hours this will take more than 7 days. On projects alone it has taken me 15 hours which end up being 2/3 of my off days.

FreeMote does an awesome job of teaching the technical content. More than that, the ongoing support from the FreeMote staff and mentors is the true value of the program in my opinion. Beyond the courseware, they support the students with ongoing web calls and making mentors available to answer questions on a range of issues related to working as a freelance web developer.

Throughout the course, mentors can provide code reviews of various projects. Experienced developers take their time to go through your work in depth and the feedback is clear, concise, and actionable.

I've participated in boot camps before but, FreeMote is in a class of its own when you look at the amount of time and effort that went into the course development and that continues to be spent with ongoing support and mentoring of the students.

If you're serious about starting a career in web development - FreeMote is an excellent option!
