Freepik is definitely one of the most useful tools ever! Is a fantastic mixture of infinte resources (free or premium), and its amazing AI Suite. For me it has become a main partner in my visual and design projects, and I'm totally happy being a Premium user, definitely worth it. Congrats, Freepik, keep improving as always!

A really underrated gem. Better than Higgsfield

everything is trapped behind a paywall with this site. Just like half of the foolish greedy individuals online here, this website is the downloading site i dislike the most. Everything I download is in a zipped folder cant ever find any transparent png files for free download. They seem to use deceptiv marketing to force people to spend money too much. (a concept that should be illegal) and they tr to ipose a premium upgrade i catn even afford i have no phone no job no income no nothing so they should stop assuming that i have all thiese resources because i really dont. imm sicik and tired of this crap. make it stop!

They totally messed up their AI tools - not useful at all anymore, especially the video generation. Not sure why they keep tweaking what works.

I regret subscribing to freepik. it's complicated and very expensive. I just want to finish my credits and never again will I use it.

Not clear and not reliable. Very desapointed. That service let you go for using a maximum credits or using all credits very fast just pushing up to the next or more expansive subscription. And Services not working, You will lose your time trying to generate videos and writing claims to solve issues never fixed.

After seeing a few ads about what Freepik could do, I decided to give it a try. I signed up for a full-year subscription (charged monthly, but you must pay for the entire year) only to find it burns through credits faster than a poker machine. In just two days, my entire year’s credits were gone.

The subscription promised 84,000 AI credits per year, enough for up to 16,800 images and 560 videos. In reality, I produced at most 200 images and about 8 videos before the credits ran empty. Each attempt to create an artwork automatically generates multiple versions, with no option to stop the count, pause the process, or correct minor prompt errors, meaning your credits vanish before you can even adjust.

When I contacted support after realising this, their solution was to ask me to pay for another year ($96, already paid) plus an additional $186 to continue. Tools and resources aren’t easily accessible, and by the time I realised what was happening, 97% of my credits were gone within 48 hours.

The results were also inconsistent and uncoordinated, even when using identical prompts. Save yourself the money, the credits, and the frustration. Don't use Freepik.

Freepik assigned Case No 01316423 but the 'solution' was to pay for another annual plan of $15 x 12 ($180) to get our credit back.

FreePik Offers a vast variety of various AI tools , at reasonable and competitive pricing . They Do offer unlimited image generation on premium+ tier which offers expectional image quality . Ran into a small issue with the page not updating the credits pricing immediately after promo ends, but customer support had been extreemly helpful. Id Highly recommend.

I have purchased Freepik and have used it for some time. Some of there video production have some system issues and the programs don’t always follow you instructions.
I have used support several times and after some correspondence, we have normally found a solution. Which have been appreciated and welcomed.

I have tested several of there video system and photo programs and they give a nice and fun product in the end. Especially when you have an old photo, that you can turn into a video, this works well.
The only issue is that the result is not consistent and because of that you need several attempts to get it correct, you can in some cases multiply your cost on a final video by 3-4x to the start price announced.
Be careful in using Freepiks video program and make sure you get all the text explanation correct before you start producing the videos. Your cost will in most cases go higher, so start by using the cheapest versions 1st and lowest resolution, before using the high cost video products.

FreePik Is Not A Cheap Website for video creation. I will take 300 credits for 5 5-second video generations. If you select the auto creation model, then it detects the 1000 credits of the video, which is not cheap; it's just a waste of money. Its quality of the video was good. I prefer that's a waste of money.

Value for money, I think it is a very useful platform for creators. I paid for yearly premium and the combination of stock images, mockups and AI tools its worth it for me.

I've been using Freepik for a decade now, and it's truly a game-changer for my creative projects. The vast collection of high-quality graphics, illustrations, and templates makes it so easy to find exactly what I need, whether it's for social media, presentations, or branding. The user interface is smooth, and I appreciate the regular updates and fresh content.

I am long time user of Freepik this is awesome always fullfill my image requirements.

I use Freepik mostly on my family tree. Often, obituaries are divided in two columns or are not legible, so I type out these obituaries. I use images of flowers and other objects to make the obituaries look more attractive and presentable. It's great to have hundreds and hundreds of images available for my choosing. I'm very grateful for this website!!!

I am using Freepik for years now, and they are awesome, I find what I need regarding vector files and images every time. One of the most useful stock websites on the market, I highly recommend it. Thank you Freepik for existing :)

Not bad! Not the best but useful when you need to make graphics

I have use it today for the first time and I have no credits. I could not create anything.

They host stolen material on their platform, so be cautious about copyright. Much of the content from their contributors is often copied or outright stolen. In my case, I found content taken directly from my website without permission. I contacted them multiple times asking for its removal, but they never responded.

I tried Free Pick Ai. It works terrible. I wanted it to create a short sales rep pitch video with a talking head. It created muted videos each time I tried again and again. Trusting their customer satisfaction promise, I wanted them to refund the payment. They rejected it. Free Pick AI is useless. And do not trust so called satisfaction promise.
