It arrived on time

It arrived on time, and the sizes and everything matched the description of the t-shirts I bought. This is the second time I've bought from Freepltn.

Profiting from genocide

Profiting from genocide
I bought a t-shirt but then cancelled the order as I believe this company is profiting from the Palestinian cause and its motivations are purely financial.

They are not a registered charity but a limited company. They therefore do not report on their donations and while it seems they may make some limited donations to a Palestine-based charity, this is not regulated. Furthermore, there is very little online about the owner, Jaron Scholz. The one person I can find that matches the owners age, languages etc is a German national who has lived and worked in Israel. A company profiting from the Palestinian cause should be much more transparent about their ownership structure, their profits and their donations, and should not be a limited company.

I may be wrong about this but there is no way of verifying any of the information about this company, so I would encourage others to be mistrustful.

Thank you for sharing your concerns.

We agree that transparency is important when a company associates itself with a social or humanitarian cause. However, it is important to distinguish between verified facts and assumptions.

The fact that a company is not a registered charity does not, by itself, mean that it is not making donations or supporting humanitarian initiatives. Many businesses around the world operate as commercial entities while contributing part of their revenue or profits to charitable causes.

Likewise, a company's legal structure does not determine its intentions. Being a limited company is one of the most common legal structures used by businesses globally and does not provide evidence regarding the authenticity of a company's mission or values.

The review also raises concerns about ownership, nationality, languages spoken, and countries where individuals may have lived. None of these factors provide evidence that a company is acting dishonestly or that its support for a cause is not genuine.

Transparency and accountability are important topics, and it is reasonable for consumers to ask questions. At the same time, serious conclusions should be based on verifiable information rather than speculation. Where information cannot be verified, it is more accurate to present concerns as questions rather than as indications of wrongdoing.

Ultimately, customers should evaluate any company based on objective information, documented actions, product quality, customer experience, and verifiable evidence rather than assumptions about individuals or corporate structures.
