Have been trying to unsubscribe for weeks as I am no longer using bigpond, therefore these emails will be

Extremely unprofessional and totally useless website that does not allow you to unsubscribe from their newsletters! Constant requests via email and instagram accounts to have my email deleted as I did not sign up for it in the first place! You cannot contact them at all and when you try, are ignored!

After reading your reply my response is this- I tried everyday to unsubscribe on the email and as per the emails sent to you, to advise you of the problem with your unsubscribe ie., you CANT, as when you do it takes you to a page that says PK in the top left corner and that’s it! I kept receiving emails and that’s why I emailed back and left message on instagram.

They used to be... decent I guess. But now they're AWFUL. Every competition or other link takes you to a 404 error and nobody replies to any emails. They continue to send out daily competition emails and post on social media though! Why aren't they listening???

This site started out fine and now suddenly every link on every single email to a freebie or competition is leading to a 404 error. Subscribers have received no communication and sent messages are NEVER responded to. Even when it worked there were bad spelling errors and many expired competitions included in the emails. Presentation is pretty bad for such a company. Am now thinking everyone is right and this site is either phishing or abusing our data. Have come here in desperation for an actual response. Let's see if they can make an effort for once.
