Tv Repair
Customer service was excellent from the start with good communication and a date and time set. I had 2 other TV repair companies out to me and they could not sort out the problem. Freesats engineer had all the equipment with him and could test each wire to isolate the problem. It took him some time but he persisted at it and I could see he was all the time working out what else to try until it was fixed. I am so pleased so a big Thank You to them

Terrible experience. Item never arrived. Emails often ignored or responded with broken promises. After 3 months I ended up contacting the bank to reverse the transaction.

Buy elsewhere. You don't need the hassle.

I found Michael in the shop to be most helpful with advice and information. Today I had a Zgemma Hs 7 receiver box fitted. Plus some work done to repair my dish and new cables run into the house. I would like to thank the installer Greg and his colleague who so professional and helpful throughout their work. Cleaned up after themselves with a hoover. Nothing was a bother to them. Many thanks to you all.

I was recommended by a family member to contact Freesat so that I could get HD ready box. I spoke with Michael on a few occasions and it was incredibly helpful and friendly, and when I ordered it arrived promptly. Michael had done all the hard work but still assisted me over the phone to get it all fully connected, Which was a great added service. I needed a remote control for an old TV box. I phoned Michael, he went above and beyond to get what I was looking for. Paid over the phone and received it the following day. Fantastic service and customer care.

I got freesat and saor veiw installed. From start to finish it was a great experience. Their installer Greg is a gentleman. Greg and his colleague took care to do the job right. Even hoovered up after themselves.

My local installers told me you can't record on freesat and I wouldn't get a signal for saorveiw at my house. Freesat.iegot a saorveiw signal and supplied a freesat recorder box. With that box I can record and series link

Absolute 5 star service from start to finish. I spoke to Michael on the phone when I was about to place an order through the website, iI had some technical questions and also wanted the box to be configured and flashed with a certain image. The box arrived the following day and i was avle to set it up straight from the box. I would highly recommend freesat.ie. they were fantastic to deal with

Bought a Freesat/ Sky Satellite dish & Quad LNB 39.95 euros & Satellite / Aerial Wall Mounting Bracket 7.95
When it arrived it was well packaged . I’d bought dishes on-line before they usually came with instructions and screws etc .
This kit was made up of a dish , fitting bracket for the dish and wall bracket . The dish needs 4 self tapping screws , bolts are needed to fix the dish angle, which were not in this kit, also there was no instruction . The wall mounting bracket could not be attached without a U bolt which was sent to me by freesat.ie .
If on the website it stated it was barebones kit I wouldn’t have bought it as don’t have the screws and bolts need to complete the installation. I may have to buy another kit with all part supplied as I’m finding it hard to obtain the fitting kit .
I gave it four stars as the products supplied were well made and I had good communication with the seller
