The repair was seamless just downloaded the postage label, send the box for repair, you get a report what the repair is and cost, agree to the repair, pay for it and the box is sent back to you, usually sent back within a couple of days, would recommend.

Excellent service in todays "throwaway buy-a-new-one world" My Freesat box is now working perfectly again with the additional bonus that I still have all my recording on the harddrive that I would have lost had I purchased a new box. Also I feel this is environmentally freindly since I have saved my old box going into landfill.

They were responsive and helpful before I made the purchase. The new disk drive arrived a day earlier than expected, and the instruction video made it easy to replace the old one. It took me less than 15 minutes and now the box is working like new!

find what you want instead of buying new box

An original remote replacement. Just what I wanted. A little expensive but you get first class quality service. I'm not sure the original Freesat remotes are the best quality though, but Freesat Spares are supplying original spares. No other alternative comes anywhere near the original. Might just have to put up with regular replacements, the frequently used buttons are prone to "wear out".

No matter what the problem is, a positive response is there to help, no just once but until the issue is resolved.
