I ordered a One piece bathing suit and when it came in I tried it on and it was took short!! I’ve never heard of such a thing! Too short!!! So when I did comparisons with the picture they have advertised and a picture I took at home it looks like a huge chunk of the design was left out witch is why it’s short on me! Then of course I can’t return it! this place is a scam and just want your money!! Shame on you for the POOR QUALITY!! And taking hard working peoples money!

This company is a huge scam. Do not buy anything from their site. The items I ordered took over a month to arrive, the quality and fit were horrible, and when i tried to return they would not refund my money.

This company is a huge SCAM and doesn't even deserve one star. I ordered a swimsuit from their website and it was very cheaply and poorly made with extremely thin, see-through fabric and not at all as pictured. The bikini top didn't even have any kind of elastic band to support or hold it in place and would just hang loosely over your breasts.
I contacted them about returning it and they first told me China customs would block the return, so it was impossible to send back. Then they tried to up-sell me by telling me they'd send me another product for $5.00. As if I wanted to give them more money for more of their crap products! Then they finally sent me an address in China of where I could send it back to, informing me that I'd be responsible for the shipping costs, which would end up being more than I originally spent for the swimsuit. So now I'm out $30.00 for nothing. Such a scam!

One suit was mismatched and the other was 2 sizes too small when arrived. They went back and forth via emails trying to get me to exchange and refusing a return. Trying to get MORE money out of me to exchange saying China wouldn't take my return. My fault for buying in China! Don't buy from this company! They say they accept returns on the website but they take 5 days to respond to an intial email, then push it out so you won't make the 30 day window return. Horrible service and products. What a waste.

Ordered 2 swimsuits. Neither ever arrived.
After emailing them, they finally told me to contact the US Postal Service. Seriously??

WOW.

Guessing they never sent them at all.

Ordered 2 swim suits and the tops were too big! Contacted them and they said they could only give me a 30% refund. People work hard for their money and this is ridiculous. Their return policy goes around and back around. Hardly making any sense. I still have unanswered questions that I asked their “customer service”. DO NOT ORDER from them bc if something goes wrong you are screwed! 2 swimsuits that don’t fit and $50 DOWN THE DRAIN! Might I be super honest and say they are not made as well as the pictures claim. Angry momma sorry lol

Emailed for a transaction number to receive an email saying items are too expensive to shop back please keep and order something else and just pay the $10 customs fee. I emailed back saying just wanted a full refund. I cannot understand how you can run a business this way. Shocking

I did receive my order - months later. I ordered 3 items. 1 item was incorrect. 1 item was damaged. 1 item was correct (yes, correct! Shocker!). I've attempted to contact "customer support" multiple times with the email provided, but there's been no response. I'm not surprised and I knew it was a gamble. Freeshelly is a joke and completely unreliable site. If you order from here, hope for the best, but prepare for whatever it is they decide to send, when they decided to send it, if they ever do actually send it!

This is a scam site. Take your money, but no delivery. $50 2.5 months later no product, no customer service response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Can't believe they can still advertise or have a site.

I waited over 2 months to get my order after they repeatedly were advertised everywhere. I just received 1 of the items and all of a sudden the shop is not online. Will not respond to my emails either

They advertised repeatedly on my facebook feed for several weeks. I ordered 7 items on January 13th. I received 5 of them on March 6th. Only 2 of the items were "as pictured" and what I would consider "wearable". The others were not tailored as the picture showed and/or didn't seem they would last past one wear/ wash. Lesson learned.

I wish I could give ZERO stars! This company is running a racket! The outfits I ordered were terrible quality and not as pictured. I have tried for over a month to contact them via emails and Facebook to return for a refund. They do not have a phone number. TOTAL SCAM!!!

SCAM! Submitted order over a month ago, have not received. Sent multiple emails with no response. Now waiting for paypal to resolve.

This company is a complete scam!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! The clothing (black jumpsuit) is nothing like the picture. The material is HORRIBLE! They say you can return no problem, but when you try to return they don’t respond. This is on me for not doing better research. Learn from my mistake and stay away from this company!

This ecommerce website appears to be a scam. The clothing pictured and described on their website is not necessarily what you will receive. Additionally, if you have questions about their products or a problem with your order, they do not respond to emails. I tried several times to email them with questions, and they didn't respond until I finally got tired of not receiving a response and indicated that I would be filing a review here and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau; this was several weeks after my first email to them. Many others have commented on their Facebook page that they have experienced this problem as well.

When I finally DID receive my order, the shipment was missing two items from my order. One of the items I DID receive was not the same item that was pictured or described on their website. The colour, pattern, and cut of the item was completely different, as well as being made of 100% acrylic while the description on their website indicated it is made of 91-99% cotton.

Also, their website says they are based out of the USA, but their packaging was shipped from China.

I have emailed them with these concerns, and pending their response, I will update my review accordingly, depending on what action is taken by them to correct these issues.

**UPDATE: I received no responses to any of my emails regarding the two missing items from my order and the one item that was significantly not as described on their website. I ended up filing a claim with Paypal, and after being offered a very small refund that was only a FRACTION of the value owed to me, I have escalated the claim further. If you are a fellow victim of their scam/fraud, I would highly recommend filing a report with your countries anti-fraud centre and/or consumer protection agency.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS E-COMMERCE SITE! Extremely unreliable online shop that will scam you out of your money by not sending items you pay for, and with FAKE poor quality products, that are made cheaply to try to imitate popular pieces of clothing seen on social media and other e-commerce stores. Do yourself a favour and spend your money elsewhere!
