Just received my new Wildcat A340 Ultra today. It looks great but it still winter so will stay in the basement for awhile but looking forward to my first ride. I had some issues with ordering my new bike I hit the wrong bike by mistake and FREESKY worked along with me to sort out my error and got the right one on order and delivered to my door writhing 10 days.

I received both bikes on time and as instructed they were well packed and relitvivly easy to put together the first bike was a Worrier and the second ws a ranger. I had a couple of issues nothing major however the customer service was one of the best I have been involved with, all by email. Once sorted I have to say the speed is brilliant the stability is great and feels very sturdy overall excellent value for money

We purchased two e-bikes for Christmas. We had several questions before making our decision on what bike fit our needs best. We were able to get ahold of customer support by phone and were extremely pleased with the professional and knowledgeable support provided. We ordered two bikes and accessories. The bikes arrived in excellent condition. The packaging was great with zero damage and all the assembly hardware was complete. They even provided tools to assist the assembly process. Assembly is a two persons process but nothing complicated. We can hardly wait for spring to start our biking season. Thank you Freesky for a wonderful experience

There online support has answered all of my questions with a swift manner. This is how business is done. Only put 11 miles on my fat tire ebike as a little test run and loved every minute.

Relatively easy set up although there were not a lot of online instructions that I found relating specifically to the ranger m-540 e-bike maintenance settings. Had one nice day in Canada that was warm enough to test ride and the bike feels very solid with powerful performance. Looking forward to milder weather to get out and ride !

I have had two incredible interactions with the team at freesky. The first was a hand control module malfunction. I explained my problem to the support team sent a quick video of the problem and a new one was sent express. Lastly I tried to order a controller thinking it would boost the bikes performance and the team stopped me and let me know that the warrior I own and love already has the upgrade on it . saved me a 225 dollar wall hanger !! Keep up the excellent work guys !!

I've been riding the Freesky fat tire e bike since 2023 and so far have 4300 miles on it. It has been perfect and reliable. I just so happened to lose a custom washer off of the rear axle and Horlan was able to help me find and ship to me a new washer. Customer support experience with Freesky is excellent. Thank you.

Freesky is a great company they reached out to me when I had a small issue with my Freesky Rocky that was resolved by video chat to show me how to correct an issue I was having with my ebike and since then my Rocky was been performing perfectly,it’s made this 67 year old man enjoy the outdoors whether riding trails down through the woods or just around my neighborhood.

I have the Freesky Rocky. It is a well made ebike and super fun to ride. It holds a charge well and I really like the card swipe to turn it on. Freesky has been a great company to deal with and they helped me via the chat on their website to figure out the programming for the under 20 mph vs the full power settings. They also reach out to me just to make sure all is going well! That's pretty cool, especially since I didn't even buy the bike from their website but from a local ebike dealer.

After doing some research, I decided on Freesky for several reasons. Quality builds, top speeds, and excellent customer service. Purchased the Warrior, and Alaska. Both bikes are awesome, very solid and fast! Had a small issue with the controller on the Alaska. Made a quick call to customer service and Jensen promptly responded with email providing a tracking # with a replacement part on the way next morning. I would buy again, and highly recommend!

Great value for the money! I bought the Swift Horse Pro and went for my first ride. I was very impressed with the PAS and when needed a break the throttle was very responsive. All the accessories and the guys from Freesky are excellent.
