Easy bike purchase
Freesky has made purchasing a bike via the Internet a surprisingly easy and so far honest experience. The best part of my Freesky experience has been the customer support I am receiving from Clinton. Clint answers the phone every time I call. He has answered all my questions and just overall been a huge help rectifying issues. Also Clint is very kind individual making it so easy to ask questions.

We ordered two bikes and they are worth it!
We ordered two swift horse bikes and really satisfied so far, customer service is reliable. We tried the bikes both rough and smooth trail and it did great. Everything is working fine the first time we tested it.
Packaging were secured.
Definitely worth it.

My errands…
The bike's great I'm using it for going around town doing my errands. You can pedal if you want to around town but the throttle really will get you around just fine. Up some steep hills you should pedal a little bit with throttle. It sounds like the back shock has a clunk in it I've contacted my representative he gets back to me pretty fast I've talked to him a few times he seems knowledgeable. I've only had the bike less than a week. Battery life seems really good so far.

Great bike. Excellent customer service.
I purchased my e-bike in February of 2025. In 6 months I put $850 mi on the bike. The display and the controller buttons started to malfunction. I contacted Freesky and they worked with me and shipped me both of the items with only a $20 shipping fee. The parts were completely plug and play. The two support techs that I worked with were very professional. I plan to get another ebike in a year or so and it will definitely be a Freesky.

I was very impressed with the Ranger M-540
I was very impressed with the Ranger M-540 it exceeded my expectations. Its a fast ,powerful sleek looking monster of a bike with those massive tires and the hidden battery. It accelerates like motorcycle when both motors are engaged.I also noticed that all the components on the bike are of very high quality and there is nothing cheap to be seen on the bike at all. I got the red and black option and its beautiful looking.Almost too beautiful looking where Im hesitant to leave it any where unattended as it catches the eye and somebody may be tempted to try to heist it.One recommendation I would make is they include a fork lock on future versions as a bike cord lock can be cut if somebody wants to heist it bad enough a fork lock can not be cut and makes it almost impossible for somebody to heist it.I did have one minor problem with the headlight button not working but Chloe there in CS was very adept and knowledgeable at isolating the problem and sending me the replacement part by express mail.She even included a gift in the shipment and was very nice to deal with.Over all a 5 star bike and 5 star customer service from Chloe in CS.

Freesky and Jensen a team worth betting on
I did an extensive amount of research before selecting the Warrior 530. Ive had it now for well over a year and have logged 10k miles. I have experienced a couple of mechanical/electrical issues. Nothing big, but Jensen has always been my tech assist. He's always helped me troubleshoot, and diagnose any issue. I love the Freesky customer service, and really appreciate Jensen.

There was an issue with one of the bikes throttle control so we reached out to them and the customer service we received was beyond amazing. They were quick to respond and help us to pin point the problem and solve the issue. When you buy online you are nervous about customer support but this company was amazing. A True mountain E bike!
I am truly surprised at how pleasant my experience has been dealing with this company, and it just goes to show that doing a little research before making your purchase on an item like an ebike really does pay off! I have owned my freesky warrior pro M-530 for around a year and a half now and have just made it past the 800 mile marker but they have been extremely rough mountain ⛰️ miles! Every single one of them lol I live in East Tennessee in the foothills of the Great Smokey Mountains National Park. This bike is absolutely a beast and there's no doubt about it! I weigh north of 240pounds and I am 6.0 ft tall and this bike hauls my big butt all over these mountains with no problem at all. Matter of fact! I've not found many places that this bike won't take me especially in PAS 5 With a little assistance from pedaling it does excellent in any terrain.

Best support ever for every issue
We own 5 E bikes from Freesky. We have need working with them for years and plan on doing it as long as they stay in business. My experience started with them with support questions to truly finding one of the best interacting support company. For the price you get a lot of bike and some components can be improved if you want more performance. Where they accel is listening and coming up with solutions. We had couple of accidents where they helped with making things right and helping us get our bikes up and running in exceptionally quick time. The batteries are amazing, and we get comments on how cool our bikes are. The company keeps improving controllers and design and I hope to keep seeing their product everywhere in USA.
