I paid for next day delivery and my…

I paid for next day delivery and my delivery was a week late. I’ve sent multiple emails about this and have been completely ignored. I will not be using this company again due to their poor customer service. The quality of the photos were not great either.

Update to previous review

The pictures were all good but the frames were very poor quality, the glass (well plastic!) didn't fit one frame it was cut smaller and both frames had black clips missing from the back so the pictures fell out. I emailed the company and was asked to send in pictures which I have but to date have not heard back. Update to this message, the company have now delivered new frames, thank you. This review could have been avoided if a simple email had been sent to say that new frames were on there way.

Wasted money on "next day" delivery

Quality is super however,I paid for next day delivery and did not receive that service. Photos were for my child's birthday but they didn't arrive in time. Very disappointed. Waste of my money.

Next day delivery charge is a scam

Paid for next day delivery on a friday, items didn't arrive until the Monday. At no point in the purchase process did it state that next day delivery didn't cover weekends. Request for a refund had been met with a generic, copy and paste reply. Useless

Don’t buy from here!

Ordered my phots ages ago, should have read the reviews first about freesnaps. replies are super slow and I’m still waiting for the photos I ordered them last Friday for next day delivery nothing came got some emails saying it’s coming via Amazon shipping then shortly after it said it’s been cancelled and I need to contact freesnaps. Now that I’ve looked through the reviews I can see that it’s a reoccurring issue of theirs.

My order never arrived

My order never arrived despite the tracking saying it was delivered. Customer service were very unresponsive.

Reply to company: As stated above, despite the order saying it was delivered, I was in all day and have direct eyeline to my driveway. No one even approached the driveway at the time of the supposed delivery and my dad was in the driveway at that point and no one delivered anything. The package has either been delivered to the wrong address or the courier has lied. Either way I would like a refund as it is now too late and I needed the photos by today.
