Image was a little blury
Image was a little blury, which wasn't the case when I printed it myself on plain paper, or some photo paper which I had at home. I only turned to using a company to print because my new printer left a line going through the image which I couldn't correct. So it is a shame the gifts I am making for my students won't be of the quality I was hoping for, but it will have to do as I have no time to correct it. They did arrive in two days after purchasing however.

Still haven’t received any photos despite being told they would arrive by Thursday so cannot comment on the quality as yet

Unfortunately my order has not arrived :-( Amazon Shipping said delayed but no further update since 27th. I believe this is entirely a shipping issue rather than the product, which appears to have been sent by Freesnaps promptly.

Despite claiming to deliver next day free of charge, and allowing for the extra time it would take to process my order over a bank holiday, my order was two days late and therefore no use. The quality wasn’t great either. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
Absolutely awful service
Absolutely awful service. I paid for next day delivery and my order still hasn’t arrived over a week later. I’ve emailed the company three times and have received no response at all. No communication, no update, nothing. Very disappointing experience and completely unacceptable customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
If I could give no stars I would!…
Not only did I pay for next day delivery which has now turned into 3 days and counting as my delivery is still not here, customer service have totally ignored my messages when I’ve reached out to ask why this had happened. Appalling behaviour, but they’ve had my money now so why would they care and of course there is no one to speak to so what now? Truly awful. AVOID!

If I could put zero stars I would
If I could put zero stars I would. The print quality that arrived was awful, when I emailed them about resolving it they blamed the quality of my images. When I showed them the resolution of my files was fine they stopped replying. Now they are blanked my emails. Do yourself a favour and do not use these.

The image I was sent was only half the photo uploaded and of very poor quality. It was completely useless for the purpose intended and a big disappointment. Perhaps a better approach would have been to reject my original and not charge me for the item.

I recieved 24 photos out of the 83 i paid for. Emailed customer support & no response?
Disappointing
The quality of the printing and paper are not great.
The photos are slighlty cut on the left side.
I chose the mat option but I fing it very grainy.
It ended up costing much more than the advertised price.
Would not use again.
