I have been with freetobook since 2019. Other companies have tried to tempt me away to them, but I can honestly say, I have every reason to stay with freetobook. As a small business we have to watch every penny. Freetobook not only offers value for money, the customer service is impeccable. Knowing I can speak to someone if necessary means everything. There are so many other opportunities in terms of their developing software and advice that draws more customers direct to us.

We have been using free to book for over a year now and it really is an amazing service. no more double booking guests by mistake, sends guests messages to pay there balance 6 weeks before they are due to go away, we also use Stripe payment system that you can use to take payment off guests that has saved us ££££ so no more PayPal fees. customer service is brilliant if you have any questions.
One thing I would like added if possible where guests could set up payment plans so guests could pay weekly or monthly

Give them a go … basic is free with a pay as you extras which works for us .
Ps They are not pushy or hard sell which we like !

We were completely new to the business and the previous owners used FTB. We found it pretty easy to pick up with plenty of useful options to personalise our guest experiences.

Nice to see over the last couple of years lots of updates to the service.

Connecting to 3rd party sites seems easy and integrates to our website fine.

Looking forward to the Guest App and new website.

How do you manage all your holiday homes with mulitple channels?
Like Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, Tripadvisor etc. How do you update the prices and calendar's?
The biggest problem I had was managing them all, and then getting double booked when I forgot to update one of them. I was then told about Freetobook by booking.com admin team and it sorted my life out (seriously). I had one place to do most of my admin. Also the videos on-line are really great if you need help and the friendly staff have talked me through other issues that need the personal touch.
So happy to recommend them to everyone.

We've been using Freetobook for about 7 years now and it keeps regularly improving it's service.
It's easy to imbed in the website, easy to navigate for the customers and if you ever have a questions, their customer service is very quick to respond with an answer.

I've found the Freetobook website and booking system very easy to use and the support is great.

Perfect and cheap booking solution. But we miss Scandinavian languages and some small functions like mandatory costs per room type, automatic messages depending on room type.

I have used freetobook for the last seven years.

They are a great company to work with, they listen to feedback and are always making adjustments that make my life easier.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, they do everything they can to help.

Planning to market your accommodation couldn't be easier with free to-book, It's highly sophisticated but yet simple to use. It offers flexibility much more than any of the channels but also links to most of the popular channels. We like that we can communicate with our guests from one low-cost place and know that it's tried and tested and actually works. Fully deserves 5 stars

We have used FreeToBook with our website since we launched our accommodation business two years ago. I find it easy to use and configure, especially with the Stripe Payment system. The reporting shows me instantly what my income is and the support is fast and friendly if needed. I have already recommended FreeToBook to many people and I look forward to the launching of their new website.

We have been using Free to Book since we started our bed abd bteakfast business two and a half years ago. The system is great and easy to use. Fabulous back up and support when needed. The system is reliable and never need to worry about over booking.. Never felt the need to change or even look at other suppliers. Pricing is fair too.

I have been very impressed with the customer service I have received from Free to Book. It is prompt in its delivery and highly user friendly.
More than this, it has developed an instant messaging system. Gone are the cumbersome emails and protracted texts. My guests now respond promptly making my B&B day considerably more efficient!
