I had a horrible experience. They installed a new air conditioner and within a few months it had to be repaired twice. They wouldn't repair it without charging me. Also a friend showed me that it was installed incorrectly and they wouldn't correct that. Also, no one at the company speaks English which makes it very difficult to communicate with them. Very poor experience
