It was a great experience from the first phone call. The staff is knowledgeable and the website is easy to use. Once installation day came, it could have not gone smoother. The old heat pump was installed incorrectly in several ways, but he cheerfully fixed those issues and put in the new system. He even explained how to get the best efficiency out of it and cleaned everything up. I’ll be going with Freida again if I need something else they have to offer!
