Needed to get a better price for an LTL shipment than the retailer provided for a 800# large pallet. FG webpage provided a range of options at reasonable prices. Chose ABF with estimate of three days (Iowa to VA). Got here on time. No damage.

shipping went smooth! fast and friendly service!!

FreightGator used YRC, who shipped my item for a very reasonable price. However, pickup truck came a day earlier than scheduled (it was pure coincidence that I drove up just as the truck did) and even though the company knew I had a 300# large crate to ship, they sent neither a lift gate nor a forklift. If it hadn't been for my neighbor, who happened to own a forklift, we never would have been able to load the crate. Not sure if this is FreightGator's or YRC's issue.

The whole transaction was made very easy by FreightorGator. The person on the other end of the instant messages was extremely helpful, answered all my questions immediately and thoroughly and at a very competitive price. YRC was the carrier I chose, they picked up and delivered the shipment right on time and FreightorGator answered my questions about tracking the shipment promptly. I'm extremely satisfied with the service from FreightorGator and would not hesitate to use them again.

We love the idea of a site that offers discounted shipping costs and flat fees. Unfortunately Shipx (now FreightorGator) is double dipping and got caught.

They sent out a newsletter stating no fees but how could a business that recently was forced to rebrand and chose such a rediculous name going to survive a rebranding let along free shipping?

This leads us to believe they are getting commissions from MyFreightWorld who they use exclusively for pricing. There would be no other way to offer something for nothing.

We tried them multiple times but their rates were higher even with their reduced fee. Lost our business for sure.

I went on, put my info in and got a quote. Booked that day, carrier was on time, freight was delivered on time and without damage. It really was that easy.
I will be scheduling another pick this week actually!

They followed up when ups failed to pick the shipment up on the day it was scheduled. their attention to detail was outstanding. What a great service freightorgator provides. And the price choices were awesome. Thank you and keep up the good work.

The entire process from start to finish went smoothly. Their website is very user friendly for obtaining quotes and placing orders. Pricing was very competitive and the Customer Service was excellent!

Purchased shipping for multiple crates with all dimensions and weight info accurate. After items arrived, they then billed an additional amount, claiming the freight carrier charged them more, despite the stated shipping specifications being accurate.

In addition, the items would not have been picked up by the freight carrier had I not personally been in direct contact with the freight carrier for three hours prior to pickup.

If you're planning on using their service, expect to be overcharged and expect massive headaches dealing with freight company to make sure your freight actually gets picked up.

Have since switched to other LTL comparison services that are both cheaper and operate better.

Shipment went according to schedule and on time. Saved a lot of money on what it would have cost trying to get my parts shipped on my own. This was my first time shipping something by motor freight and ShipX made the process very easy.

ShipX provided the most cost effective (1/4 the cost of other LTL shippers), on time (nailed delivery date and time by 1 hour), and on the mark LTL shipping for this one-time customer (one-on-one customer service to answer questions) that it left me feeling like their biggest and most important customer. Check the rest if you must, but check with ShipX BEFORE you ship!

I paid for 2 to 3 day shipment and it took almost a week for my product to be picked up.

don't select the lowest rate unless you have patience for a long ETA. The SHIPX site is easy to understand and navigate....and it provides multiple rates to desired destination and prompt customer service when needed. We use it on a regular basis and recommend it to anyone with LTL shipments.
