Very smooth buying experience and the item itself is great quality.

I bought the Everest Kids model in Size 33. According to Freiluftkind's official size chart, this size should fit a foot up to 22.1 cm. However, the shoes I received have an insole that measures barely 21 cm.
It is physically impossible for a 22.1 cm foot to fit into a 21 cm shoe. Despite sending photographic evidence of the measurement discrepancy, customer service refused to acknowledge the error. They even claimed that "measuring the insole is not a reliable comparison," which is absurd when the difference is over 1 cm and the foot simply doesn't fit.
To make matters worse, they refuse to provide a prepaid return label, forcing the customer to pay for their sizing mistake. Very poor experience and misleading technical information. If you care about accurate sizing for your children, avoid this brand.

Terribile experience bought 2 pairs of shoes following the instructions regarding the size but they were completely wrong 2cm longer… asked if it was possible to change but I had to send them back according to what they suggested: Choose a shipping company of your choice
We recommend that you send your package insured. We cannot be held responsible for lost goods.
This meant that I was supposed to spend €35 for sending them back.
I bought some shoe insoles so I could try to use them spent 10€ for one pair and started using the Kepler that were supposed to be water resistant but after 30 minutes walking in a rainy day my feet were completely wet.
The shoes that I bought:
1 128-410-049 Karoo - rutschfeste universal Barfußschuhe -
Khaki / 49 € 69,99
3 113-100-049 Kepler - wasserabweisende & gefütterte
Barfußschuhe - Schwarz / 49
€ 89,99
I bought 2 pairs of shoes bear foot on Temu spent €33 with shipping and honestly speaking not bad at all
In conclusion really disappointed by this German company

There is good, but there is also bad. The shoes are light and good quality. I like to take long walks with them. But, the synthetic leather needs to replaced with natural one. Also, other shoes from competition have outsole stitching, which here is missing, although there is a thin line made in the material, where it should have been. Maybe, to cut costs it was not made. After a while, unfortunately, your feet start to sweat. The only luck I had, is that it was a Black Friday deal. Otherwise, the competition offers natural leather at almost the same price.

Hello.. delivery was quick.. I haven’t worn the shoes yet as it’s been raining and too wet to wear them ☔️

I’ve bought 3 pairs and all fit well and are very comfortable, gone are the days where my feet make me feel exhausted after wearing normal trainers

Buying from homepage is easy and everything works well. Sizing chart did not work for me, measured my feet twice according to the instructions and was suggested size 45 (normally my size is 43-44). Ordered the recommended size since do not know if sizing is different than my normal shoes.
Delivery took one week, it was free, but I would prefer to pay the delivery or at least have option to pay the delivery to get the shoes faster.
Once I received the shoes, they were too big and need to return them. I liked packaging, but the shoes had rubbed against each others and they had some scuff marks.
Now need to see how return process works.
I prefer to go to store and try them on there, makes life easier.

They are the most comfortable trainers I ever ware!
I cannot say too much about the shoes itself, as we returned 90% of our order and just kept one pair - which is good to be fair.
My bad review is about the return policy and the handling afterwards. We ordered with a 170€ gift card and had 600€ in total for the order. We returned everything but one pair for around 80€ and then got the notification about the return, which stated that the 80€ will be done via paypal and our gift card was fully reset to the 170€. WTF? If i have credit in their shop, why wasnt it used first? By refunding the gift card first they are trying to force me to buy more, which is absolutely a NO GO.
Even after calling them he said we are not the first one to brag about this and that he cannot do anything about it.
Update:
I provided all info, but still nothing heard from them. I guess i won't see my money back.

Shoes feel really good, they are light and comfortable. I have tested them on many types of terrain and it holds just fine, all of that at a fraction of the price of latest vivobarefoot ones and while supporting local business. I will shop again here. Customer service is also on point.
After placing my order, the shoes arrived 3 days later. After trying the shoes, I realized that they were too big. I requested a size smaller.
I registered the return on the website and used DHL to return them. I had email contact and confirmation a day later.
My second pair arrived in 3 days. Perfect
I got the barefoot insoles for my Vivo Barefoot shoes because I am walking on concrete a lot in an urban area. the insoles made a great improvement to the comfort of my feet. I am able to walk way longer with them.
The product I do like, but since their size chart was pretty incorrect, I had to return and exchange the shoes for a different size, which did not go smooth at all.
Nevertheless the shoes themselves are good so far, just hope the customer service part will improve a bit.

I wanted to return the leggings that I bought because it was showing my skin. I sent the product with a package that it came within but it was not accepted! The reason was that I didn't put it in the second package! The package that I sent was safe and product was not harmed during the return process. Yet, they didn't accept the return and offered me freaking 65% return of the price. If you can't resell the item, you shouldn't give anything back. Otherwise, why don't you return 100%?
Such a weird company and terrible shopping experience.

Okay products, terrible customer service
Here's a recap of my order and experience so far,
I ordered two pairs of shoes with the buy one get one offer, and I received them both after a delay because of the holidays so it was okay. Once I received the shoes the one did not fit me well and was cutting into the sides of my feet and the other was damaged as the clasp for the elastic laces was broken. I reached out for a return form but was told that the fit issue was not covered but a replacement lace can be sent for the runner. But since it was a buy one get one offer I could not return only one pair of shoes so I had to send back both and I was not provided any more information for this. I was able to send the pairs to the warehouse address. Then I was informed that my pair seemed used, when in fact I had only tried it within my house and the common areas of my apartment building which may have been a little dirty but unfortunately that is not under my control. I wanted to get an idea of the fit and this was the only place available for me to do so. I responded immediately to this email but I received no answer from their side, and later when contacted again they mentioned that I did not respond and they had to dispose of the shoes, which was not true and even confirmed by the support agent later that I had replied and they did not check. The issue with all this is the fact that I was charged for the shoe with fit since it is of the higher cost, and a courtesy refund of 15 euros was offered at the same price. This is not correct because they received back that one without any issues at all, and if any you had issues with the other one, which is 15 euros cheaper than the first one, to begin with, a refund should've been given on that. . I have also tried reaching out to the team a lot and have been successful maybe 30% of the time in getting in touch or getting a timely response, and later they blame me for not responding on time. Now how is it fair that I am forced to pay the full amount for a shoe that was damaged to begin with and I have no longer with me because of poor organization and response from their team? Even though the shoes seemed okay, because of the customer service experience I have no trust in this company.
Edit: Adding points after the reply from Freiluftkind
1. It was a defect in this case because the fastener where you loop in the elastic was broken therefore no longer sealing the elastic laces. Yes, the team did indeed offer replacement fastener, but since the products were part of a Buy one Get one offer they said I won't be able to return only the shoe that did not fit and had to return both therefore making the replacement fastener option pointless.
2. The product had some dirt on the soles which is normal when trying out in common areas of a building as they're not the cleanest. If this doesn't fit with your return policy and you couldn't accept it fine, you could've offered to at least send back the product. Only much later did an agent offer to send it back but then told me it was disposed because I didn't respond in time, which is a ridiculous lie because all my responses have been within an hour of your team's mail. Instead of owning up to this incompetence the team just tied to shift the blame on me which is the most annoying part.
All in all, I am now having to pay for shoes that I don't even have because the customer support is not organised and good enough.
