Very helpful customer service!
Excellent customer service! My package was not delivered and customer service helped me track it down with all the information I needed to pick it up at the post office. Their quality is excellent and my dog looks so cute in her harnesses & bucket hat! Highly recommend!

Very poor quality
Very poor quality, the poo bags broke within 2 weeks without the dog chewing it or doing anything to destroy it. Very very very expensive for the quality. I'm afraid the harness or lead will break down after a few months. I'll never buy from FrenchBandit again due to the quality issues.
