If it were possible I would give this store zero stars. I ordered a piggy bank on October 27th 2020 and have yet to receive it - its now February 3rd. I have tried emailing them but have not gotten a response. They just steal your money

absolutely disgusted in this company ordered 12th oct hoping to get for elderly mother for christmas....nope nothing...

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!! purchased over 3 months ago, now ignoring emails! If you have paid by Visa card debit or credit then get in touch with your bank. They will raise a fraud investigation & issue a refund

Worst company ever! After purchasing my product I waited a week and hadn't received an email about dispatch and so emailed to ask when it was likely to be shipped. I got a reply to say they had ran out of stock and would receive a refund. I've been waiting and no sign of refund. From the reviews it seems to be happening to others too. Wish I had read reviews before purchasing. Avoid at all cost.

ZERO STARS for Frenchieparadise.com. I made purchase 1 month ago, no confirmation, update or information of any kind ! I have emailed them, did l have a reply ? OF COURSE NOT. They have the cheek to email me asking for a review of my purchase, I am awaiting outcome of dispute through paypal for a refund. WHAT A JOKE. AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!!!!!

A nightmare, my item never arrived , i ask for refound they said they will do it. my refound didnt get throw ,twice(paypal) They are the worst

Placed an order 1.5 months ago, still haven’t received order. Emailed twice to ask for shipping update and tracking number. Both emails haven’t been responded to. I haven’t received any items and still have no reply from them.

It’s now two months on. I have only received one of the items I ordered. Still no tracking number or responses to my MULTIPLE emails. They have ignored me completely and are not sending me the rest of items in the order, that I have fully paid for and own.

Part of the order never arrived. I kept on e-mailing them to look into this (and ask for investigation with the delivery service). They ignored me. DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM. Only good thing is that the few items that did arrive are quite nice.

I ordered different things with Express. I only received a package after about 10 days. I ordered 5 items and they have come separately. I am still waiting for the last thing, despite i order almost a month gone by. I wrote them an email 2 weeks ago, which they still haven't answered. I posted on facebook where they replied after I wrote on their wall. Now I have asked for tracking trace no, which of course they would rather not have answered.
