If I could leave zero stars, I would. It seems like it's a scam site. Like others on here, I ordered a pair of black velvety ballerinas and they sent me nothing. I eventually found a mobile number and I was able to message them but they only replied once to say they were "sending the shoes today". They were the wrong shoes, sent 3 weeks after the order was placed. (Same as someone else on here - Lola in Crocco.) I can't send them back as it's outside the returns window because they didn't send them in time. The phone numbers on the website don't exist, the chat box isn't recognised. No acknowledgement of the order by email. They won't now reply so I am escalating to my bank.

Ordered some shoes. Credit card charged. Nothing arrived. Nobody answers the phone or email. I have managed to get a mobile number that some (unnamed) person seems to monitor, but refuses to engage properly. I assume they are either bust, or a scam, and I will have to seek redress through my credit card company.

I ordered two pairs of ballet pumps. They have only sent me one pair which I didn’t even order. They have sent me a pair which are in their sale. I can’t get through to anyone, no phone number, no email, nothing I’m £240 out of pocket . Don’t touch this website it’s a complete scam.

At this point I believe they’re deliberately trying to defraud people as they’re about to go bankrupt so they sell all to clear even if they don’t have the shoes anymore. I ordered aml358 it’s a black velvety leather ballerina and they sent me lola in crocco. If you call them they won’t answer and send a message “please text me”, then when you do, they won’t reply, or reply like a bot, and the same message again “please text me”.

I received shoes which were lovely but didn't fit. I couldn't find any instructions on how to return them and the website was either down or contained incorrect information. I followed up on email and after a few exchanges was told to just send them back to a particular address. I did so and heard nothing back. I've chased a number of times (and sent proof of postage) and have heard nothing. I am £130 out of pocket from June! It's such a shame because the shoes are lovely but I would never ever order them again.

Purchased expensive shoes on line. Other than the invoice in my account I never received the shoes nor any email. I have sent four emails to customer service and got not response. Their on line chat is a number that doesn't exist. Total scam. They exist as a shop in London but the online shop appears a scam. I then emailed another department who said they would investigate but have had not feedback.
