Marketing Flop

Von dieser Firma erhalte ich plötzlich regelmäßig E-Mails mit Vertriebsabsichten. Wie man an meine Kontaktdaten gelangt ist, wird nicht erklärt.

Ich werde zum Antworten gedrängt und finde dazu in der Signatur folgende Anmerkung:
"If you are interested in cooperation, by sending a reply to this e-mail, you agree to include your company's data and data of contact persons acting on its behalf in the data set administered by InStream Sp. z o.o. in order to continue contact with you - including sending marketing materials. The data will be used for marketing of own services and services of entities cooperating with InStream Sp. z o.o. Data may be entrusted or transferred to entities cooperating with InStream Sp. z o.o. for marketing purposes."

Ich habe daher in separater Kommunikation darum gebeten, mich nicht mehr anzuschreiben. Bisher leider ohne Erfolg.

Das Marketing-Verhalten dieser Firma ist aggressiv, meinerseits unerwünscht, und die Firma macht auf mich daher auch gar keinen guten Eindruck.
