Think it's a scam

I thought about placing an order, put the product in my shopping cart, and went to paypal to pay the $17.98 charge. PayPal redirected me to the frenmix site to complete the transaction. I felt hesitant so did not click the submit order button. I removed the item from my cart to give myself more time to consider the purchase. Now my paypal has been charged $22.47, which was not even part of the transaction I had considered. I contacted frenmix to get this issue corrected, and of course I have not heard back from them. My inbox, however, has been flooded with emails from them urging me to make purchases.
