The coffee was shipped promptly which I appreciated and it was really good! I will definitely purchase again.
I haven't had any experience with the customer service so I can't really comment on that - other than I ordered the wrong type (beans instead of ground coffee) and my email to change the order went unanswered. While I understand the order was shipped so quickly they wouldn't have got the chance to change the order, a reply would have been nice but other than that small gripe it was a positive experience overall.

Love the coffee, but constantly out of stock. No reply when queried. Strangely, I found it on ebay, and it is Fresco. A little respect for your customers would go a long way. Sadly, customer service is absolutely awful.

I placed an order on the 5th July and around two weeks later, someone got in touch to ask what I wanted to do about my order since they were unable to source one of the five coffees. I said I'd wait. I heard nothing for three more weeks, and when I called, I got through to a ridiculously grumpy and short-tempered man, who was inconvenienced by me asking about the order. He said he'd go to the warehouse and check then call back. He called back ten minutes later and said that the four coffees were there. I asked about the one that had held the order up in the first place, and he didn't know. He said something about the paperwork was a mess and there was a lot of coffee around, as if that would appease me. I asked him to find out if they had the troublesome coffee and call me back. Begrudgingly (with an audible sigh and a petulant "Okay"), he said he would. Two hours later - nothing. I called again, and he said it was there and would go out that day. No apology for not calling back, and none for the wait. I finally got my coffee six days later - no apology inside the packaging. Nothing. Terrible customer service. Will not be using again, and will be advising my coffee-drinking friends to stay away.

This company had the worst customer service experience. Something on website was misleading it looked identical to a coffee I bought before but got sent wrong one. despite sending photographic proof they ignored the proof and refused to take responsibility and in the end the I got an rude email from the owner effectively saying to F.O . So a company with not a very good attitude. So not recommended.
