Customer service is awful, when agents are actually available on the chat service.
Don’t seem to be any during UK daytime hours? Tried many times before being told to email support about a free spins enquiry … and I haven’t received a reply to the email which was sent days ago.

The company accepts deposits very easily but it takes ages to process a withdrawal. I placed a bet on Friday 10th and after winning 105usd I tried to make a withdrawal and they refused to process it.
