This company should not be trading ! They are scammers . 😡😡😡😡 They over charged me by £6 . When they arrived they are very poor quality. I emailed them so many times and had no response. I seriously would look at all the reviews before you consider buying from this company 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I saw an ad on Facebook showing Halara leggings — but what I received was a cheap knockoff. This is clear false advertising.

I was also overcharged and never refunded. The leggings are 10 inches shorter than listed, with terrible quality — I've purchased better quality off Temu for a fraction of the cost.

They offered me £3, £5, then £8 instead of a proper refund, and told me to return items to China at my own cost. I don’t trust them to refund anything.

Avoid this company. Total scam.

Update: Over 5 weeks later and they still have not refunded the overcharge or a refund for the leggings. They have been ignoring my emails for weeks. AVOID!

Ordered the shaper leggings, size 22. The tracking was fixed to show they were coming from America, they really came from China. I now have to return them to China according to Paypal, PayPal are no help at all even though item was not as described. They were no more than a size 8. Avoid at all costs

I am totally disgusted by the service.
I purchased a bra back at the beginning of July and I am still waiting, been showing it’s in transit in Manchester since August 8th.
After umpteen emails to the customer service team asking for a refund which I am entitled to I have been told no an a new bra is on its way.
Guess what, I’m still waiting and it’s now September 3rd.
Do yourself a favour and don’t order from this company, they are a disgrace and will just keep your money without giving you your product, something and someone has to do something about this as how many people have had the same experience as me and how much money does that add up to, I’m outraged and totally disgusted these people are allowed to keep trading.

The bra arrived measuring 30 under cup should have been 42c
They will not refund or answer messages PayPal have also been a waste of time
Do not get involved with these people complete rip off

I ordered a some brass which were advertised for a larger bust. Saying they will give you support and comfort.You order the correct size and cup and you are sent an old version which is a lovely soft material but has no support and doesn't fit. I have sent emails back and forth and can't get a refund.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM ITS NOT A NICE COUPLE ITS A RIPOFF

Total scam, please do not waste your money. This isn't a UK based company so to return the ill fitting items that you will redirected receive will cost you nearly more than they cost originally. They offered my £5 back out of a £27 order - i accepted as it would cost almost £20 to return it to Hong Kong- PayPal closed the case and I never got my £5 back..... I feel so dumb for falling for their advert on Facebook and taking a chance - total waste of money

Scam! Lost my money and now trying to get it back through PayPal. I really wish id taken notice of the negative reviews.
I authorised payment for 2 items for approx £23 then later when I checked my bank balance they had taken just shy of £30 so they stole an extra £5 (approx). They say my items are delivered and theyre not, ive not received anything. I have cameras so I know nothing has come and been taken. They are refusing to refund me or help at all. I cant comment on products as I don't think they actually sell any! I think its just a scam to get money. Beware people!

This is not a family run Uk business like they state in their adverts they are from Kanas USA selling cheap Chinese products. Where do I start the quality is shocking the fabrics cheap over stretched materials . I purchased three supposedly support bras there is no support at all in fact they are so loose my breast fall out under the edge. The pads are removable from a rip on the inside lining very shoddy. When i purchased I paid by apple pay they took a different amount from my bank that I did not authorise but offered 30% discount on next order if you did order in 30 minutes i did but they then took £ 9.00 more than i agreed to. I cancelled both orders straightaway to be told i could not cancel although they have a cancellation policy on their website they do not honour it. As they had been shipped !! What in five minutes it took me to check my bank account so in fact they take money from your bank account money you did not agree to! In reply to this complaint they say its postage costs but it is not as my original order already had taken postage costs in to account. If i could give a zero rating i would Do not waste your money or time. I have asked for a refund but heard nothing ! Hoping my experience can stop just one person wasting their money !!!!

I ordered uplift bras. I gave them my bra size & they told me what size to buy.
When they arrived the band size was far too big but the cups too small. They offer no support whatsoever. Nothing like the advert.
I asked for a return address to send them back for a refund.
They said bras were correct size so they won't refund & they've not given me a return address.

Still haven't received my order, placed weeks ago, contacted them several times for a full refund, I was told 'too late for that too late too cancel'. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolutely rubbish.
Bra’s completely unsupported, flimsy material, sizing all wrong. Asked to return Bra’s and have a refund. They refused. They asked for photos put their bra beside a 34” M& S bra to show it was at least 38” and that there wasn’t any support under shallow cups. Material so flimsy it would probably stretch to 44”. They suggested I gave them away, so if you know anyone 44” A cup, I have 3 badly made flimsy bras.
I will be reporting them to Trading Standards.

"Supportive bras"?Absolute rubbish product. Poor quality fabric, it in no way resembles bras the "thrilled customers" were raving about on Instagram. Do not waste your money.

Appalling company. I waited 2days off 7 weeks to receive my items. . On opening the Laura Geller products I was expecting but I got a poor fake product instead

This is the minimum rating I could give, it would be zero if I could. Ordered some bras and they are appalling, terrible fit and quality. Asked for a refund but was offered a £3 for a £25 purchase.. told them it was insufficient and they said the postage would be extortionate if I decided to return them! I was then offered £9 so let’s see if it actually arrives, avoid this company!!!
