Bunch of scammers!!!! If, like me, you were taken in by their adverts on Facebook etc and ordered a pack at £4.90 then actually got charged £49, if you paid by credit card, raise a dispute with your credit card. I done it, was successful, thank god!!

I am loving how Fresh Tray, again, are using a copy and paste job in their replies to the odd one or two on here - "If you really think that you can buy a 10-pack for £4.90 even though a 2-pack is £8.90 then please explain that to your creditcard provider. The total price was stated on the payment page multiple times, but you didn't read that.

If it says 10-pack --> £4.90 PER PACK any rational person would understand that you won't get 10 pieces for £4.90.

Please take this in mind before placing such a comment. Thanks!"

My response to that would be "Any rational person would know a pack is more than one!! ie a wolf and a pack of wolves!! SCAMMERS!!

Just for anyone in any doubt about this "company", DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS, need some evidence please read on:

1/ The address they had on their website is fake, they are not at:
56 Shoreditch High Street,
E1 6JJ, London,
United Kingdom.
This is the address for Wise payments, nothing to do with these clowns.
2/ The address they have on this Trustpilot account is fake:
2, 64 Broadway
W13 0SU
Manhattan
United States
Does not exist, one section of it is an address in London, which is a branch of Iceland, and the manhattan part is a figment of their imagination.
3/ Their phone number does not work at all and never has, just made up. The number on their Trustpilot is a number in the US again fake.
4/ They say "pay with Klarna" on their site yet you cannot pay with Klarna, this is done to make the site look legitimate, which of course it is not. Klarna have a pretty thorough vetting process which they know they would not pass.
5/ They periodically run extremely misleading adverts on the site which make it look like you are paying £4.90 for a 10 pack of trays, at checkout no amount will be displayed, and they then charge you £49.
6/ If you ask to cancel the order, (within minutes like we did) they then tell you the items have already been dispatched, but send you dispatch emails days after. What real company does that? none that's who.
7/ If you do manage to get your money back they then become threatening, we were sent fake emails from "Marcel" in their "legal department", we can all create a legal at blahblah.com email address from a sub-domain, they also did the same thing with a fake debt collection agency "law24debtcollect.com" a domain name that THEY purchased in early January, you can withhold some WHOIS data but not all ;) nice try though. If you are going to use legal jargon in your emails, please make sure you know the difference between criminal and civil law.

One of two things is going on here either A/ you are scammers plain and simple, or B/ You are extremely inept business people, either way it does not look good for you. If you want my advice, give up before you get yourselves in even further over your head than you already are.

Unfortunately I didn't read the small print and thought I was buying 1 for £5. Then they sent me 10 (min order) and they took £50 out of my credit card account. I have tried to return them but was told I would need to send them back to Netherlands and then wouldnt reply to any emails once I asked for return info/address.
They arrived in bubble wrap and one tiny compliment leaflet with them in a bag. No other packaging, very unprofessional. Worries me that all the things they have put on advert could possibly be fake? I do not have £50 to just throw away, I worked so hard for this money, I just wish I could have given the £50 to charity instead!

This is a SCAM company
Had a very bad experience with this company, it state's 100%refund but when you try to get a refund ot says no refund as the product is hygiene related and cannot be returned, after many emails they agreed to a refund but once I had returned the item to Netherlands or China, I returned the items to there Netherlands address at a cost of £14 only for them to refuse acceptance
Now won't answer emails

A Reply to your coments on trust pilot yes i do aggre you pay for whay you buy but your advert is not and i say again not big enough to read the advert dies make it look like you get them for £4-90 if you make the small print big enough to read you would not have had the complaints you hsve had which i know you have had many one more coment i had no choice to keep these trays as postage was not cost effective and i am stuck with them and they are useless you cannot get much in them so either way it was a complete waste of money Adverts should be made better then many people like me would not be wasting your time and mine

Don't touch this product with a barge pole. I wish I'd read the reviews before buying. I too thought the pack was £4.90, only to find it was £49. The product is not fit for purpose.
Contacted company by email to be informed there are no refunds. Currently trying to recoup money through credit card, but freshtray are challenging this dispute

Ripped off by this company DO NOT buy these rubish trays .

I bought these thinking were 4,95 but actual price was 32.00. Got them to send address so i could return them, which i did but they were lost in the post.
Does anyone know there email addess so i can at least get my postage costs back i have asked them several times but no reply.
If anybody knows there email addess please can you contact me.

Total Scam. Don't buy. Seemingly advertised as 1 pack of 10 trays for £4.95 via Facebook. No end total amount was shown until after purchase and then was shown as £49 (i.e. £4.95 per tray). Decided that if they were as good as advertised it would be worth it. They arrived and were not fit for purpose. Tray lid did not stretch over food, as well as the lid falls off for no reason. Contacted company by email and they want me to send them back at a cost of £30 to the Netherlands and offered me 20% refund if I can't post them back. Tried to go through my credit card company to get my money back, and they were no good either. They said 'We are unable to raise a claim as you have received the goods that were ordered but are not the quality you expected unfortunately Mastercard doesn't allow us to raise claims for quality of goods'. Disgusted with both companies!!!!

Advertised 1 pack of trays for £4.95 on Facebook. No end total amount was shown. The following day I noticed I had been charged £49.00 for the item. Contacted Freshtray to cancel order & was told it had already been shipped! Contacted my bank to stop payment which they have done- I only paid for what I ordered. 1 month later 10 trays arrived!! This is after the cooling off period. Now they want me to send them back at a cost of £30 to the Netherlands or accept delivery and they have offered me 20% off so that I don’t have the hassle of returning them!!

Just wish I had read the reviews before I purchased.
Misleading ad, took longer to arrive than stated (I did not realise they were not in the UK)., had to buy alternative item in end.
Have requested a return several times and still waiting - even though their website states 'Easy returns'

i too have been scammed as i thought it was going to be £4.90 for trays until i completed order.was told i couldn't cancel as order was already on its way.10 mins after my initial order!!!!,do not touch this company.i have been waiting for about 5 weeks now for trays and when asked for an update get told its on its way...SCAMMERS. should be jailed...

Scammed freshtray took £49 it took them weeks to send even though the money was taken right away out of my account i tried to return them but getting fobbed of with details and emauls which took me in to the time you have to send backi priced the return of my items and it would cost me more than the items they have you over a barrel i am now stuck with these and out of pocketits nothing but a rip off

Article 6 - Right of withdrawal
When purchasing products, the consumer has the possibility of dissolving the contract, without giving reasons, during 14 days.
The products cannot be returned if the products are clearly used, because of hygiene reasons.
The cooling off period commences on the day after receipt of the product by the consumer or a previously designated by the consumer and the entrepreneur announced representative.
During the cooling-off period the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to judge whether he wishes to keep the product.
If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur, according to the entrepreneur provided reasonable and clear instructions.
When the consumer wishes to use his right of withdrawal, he is obliged to make this known to the entrepreneur within 14 days after receiving the product.
Article 7 - Costs in case of withdrawal If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, the cost of returning the products shall be borne by the consumer.
Unfortunately, return is not possible in your case.
We believe anyone who will purchase anything online should understand what she is paying for.

This is how they treat you.

If I could have given -10 I would have lime every single person that's wrote a review got scammed for £49 I am now going to go to trading standards about the advert I did not get an email about confirmation and did like every one else within 5 minutes tried to cancel it to be told it's already been processed at 12 midnight !!!!!! They need shutting down once and for all I'll never order anything again have just been to the post office to be told because of the weight it's Hong to cost nearly £30 to send it back to the Netherlands !!!!! I will be shouting as loud as I can about anyone wanting to purchase from this site

I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered !
I was conned by the advertising and have got stung go £49, they told me to return once I’d received the trays, they took 2 weeks to arrive and guess what they won’t refund !
The only thing I can get out of this is at least I’m not the only one dragged in with the false advertising

I also had a bad experience with this company. They do not reply to emails when you ask to return goods. I would give a -10 review. Wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased & fell for the £4.90 advert - it is a big con - got charged £49.90.

There first advert pulls you in sounds great till you order from first item on screen onefor £4.99 so I thought I would try them last page of ordering it advertised ten box’s for£49.00 I never went linear that couldn’t afford that amount any way ! Next morning £49.00 out of my bank !
