We had 14 panels and a 11.52kw battery fitted one month ago, and are extremely pleased with how they are performing. Taran came round and explained in detail the best solution for our roof configuration and electricity usage. He kept us updated on what was happening, and was very helpful with any questions we had. Once we signed the contract, installation date was set for 1 month later. Scaffolding went up 3 days prior, and was removed 10 days after installation. The installation team worked efficiently, and the whole job was completed in 6 hours, which included explaining how to use the App (which I am constantly checking). Still waiting for the certificates to enable us to sell excess electricity back to the grid, but have been told that this is due to the volume of installations meaning it is taking longer than usual to come through.

I cannot recommend Fresh Solar highly enough. From my very first contact right through to post-commissioning, the communication from the entire team was crystal clear.

Sydney was an absolute standout throughout the whole process. During contract negotiations, I had lots of questions, multiple changes, and various requests. Sydney was incredibly prompt with her responses and everything was delivered exactly as discussed. Even when a query fell outside her department, she took ownership of it anyway; every single time I called her, she managed to resolve it positively. She is a credit to the company!

On the technical side, Dan managed my G99 application seamlessly. We had a slight hiccup on the installation day, but Dan resolved it promptly and entirely to my satisfaction. To top it off, during the post-commissioning notification to the DNO, Dan went above and beyond by requesting my export MPAN for me. This was totally unexpected and saved me a huge amount of time when registering for export with my energy supplier.

Josh and the installation team were also top-tier. They were incredibly respectful of my property, took the time to discuss the installation plan in detail, and answered all my questions. They made sure I was completely happy with everything - from the cable routing to the exact location of the inverter and battery and explained the system settings once the job was done.

It has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. I will definitely be having Fresh Solar return to install my second battery in the future!

My solar panel installation was excellent, but…
Coordination with the scaffolders was not good. The first installation date had to be cancelled because the scaffolders did not turn up. After two months I am still waiting for the scaffolding to be removed, and regular communication with Fresh Solar and the scaffolding company seems to get no reaction.
In addition to that I am still waiting for Fresh Solar to complete the paperwork for DNO approval.
So my conclusion is that Fresh Solar are very good at selling and installing solar panels and systems, but their job completion and after sales service leaves a lot to be desired.

David King visited us on behalf of FRESH/Costco with regarding solar panels and a storage battery. He was very honest with us. Although I had some preconceived ideas of what we may and may not want (due to my sisters set up) he told us the cost and shared his knowledge as to whether it was necessary or a luxury so we could decide on what was best fit.
The installation date was set three weeks in advance and the scaffolding arrived at 7.30am on the day(pre organised), followed by the electricians at 8am. By the time the scaffold was finished the electricians had unwrapped and organised all the equipment. We also had a car charger fitted on the garage and the electrician offered several options for the wiring.
The two lads worked hard and finished 10 solar panels, a battery and a car charger in 4 and half hours. The app was explained and the paperwork completed before lunch. We were very impressed.
At no time were we put under any pressure to buy (unlike another solar installer we had a quote from)

Smooth process from start to finish. Leo came round on 8 March and gave a competitive quote for 20 panels plus 11.5kw battery. Installation took place on 16 March with no issues and we had everything in place to claim SEG payments from 22 April (which was in line with expectations).

To start everything was fine good information and advice , installation was fine and on time , however it is now over 2 months since installation and I still do not have all the documents required to export any surplus electric , so currently I am exporting electric to the grid and not receiving any payments , I have sent numerous emails to ask for the dno certificate which is down to the company to apply for and cannot be requested by the owner.along with this I had to chase the insurance certificates as well it’s Very frustrating and has a left a sour end to my dealings with the company, which is still not over

My parents had used Fresh Electrical a number of years ago and were pleased with the service they had received, so we opted to reach out to get a quote for a PV system. Expecting to be recommended a battery and solar panels, during the initial site meeting, we were advised we didn't need a battery at this time and we'd be sensible to start with just a PV system. Which was a surprise, saving us money and giving a really honest and positive first impression. We went ahead and everything went very smoothly. The install team were incredibly polite, tidy, helpful and respectful, and we couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Expect Harassment is the top and bottom of it. Matt a representative came to my door yesterday and explained the plans they have advised we might be interested but would look more into it. He said well someone will call tomorrow evening as I explained I would be working tomorrow. I received 6 missed phone calls from them. I work in a hospital where I can’t access my phone easily and have a young family. With the multiple notifications I was getting I was worried something had happened.
I definitely wouldn’t be wanting to use a company this desperate.

Fresh electrical supplied & fitted 9 solar panels, an 11.5kW battery & inverter. All the way from sales to installation & commissioning Fresh provided a five star service. The sales representative was helpful & extremely knowledgeable guiding us through the entire process which took 3-5 weeks start to finish. The scaffolding arrived the day prior to install. The installation fitters consulted closely with us on the install particulars keeping us fully informed at every step. We were expertly guided on the setup & use of our mobile apps at handover the whole process being completed in the same day literally 4-5 hrs. Would highly recommend Fresh solar as a reliable & dependable supplier in this market. European manufactured panels was a big plus for us & we are already in discussions with after sales on potentially enhancing the system with additional battery capacity.

The whole process was made so easy and ever person we had dealings with from the sales rep, the office admin support through to the installation crew, they were all totally professional, polite and a credit to the company. Would highly recommend this company without any hesitation.

We had Fresh Electrical Solutions install solar panels to our last property and were extremely happy with their work and the solar panels themselves and the benefits that we received from having them. We recently moved house and have again had solar panels installed by Fresh Electrical Solutions and in rag in we’re thrilled with their professionalism and the products that they have on offer and we will recommend them when ever we’re asked about solar panels or when the opportunity arises . Also a big part of it was meeting the lovely Lyn Spreadbury who came out to us both times and helped us through the procedure. Not only was she extremely helpful but is also a lovely person and we would have her around any time :) so don’t hesitate if your looking for the right company because look no further!

Had a great install from FES. 18 panels, EP12 Fox battery. Installed quickly and very professionally. Good advice from Chris up front. Design team improved the design and spec. Scaffolders worked their butts off and despite slight glitches with scaffolding - all done on time and within scaffolding gone in 11 days (after slight delay due to VERY high winds). Paperwork all processed really quickly with MPAN within a fortnight. Had the installation now just over a month and very happy with its performance. We have an East / West 50:50 split with 8 panels each side with best day so far producing 34kWh and only using 1.7kWh from the grid. Would definitely recommend them

Leo was great to deal with from start to finish. Really friendly, easy to talk to, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. No pressure, no salesy nonsense – just honest advice and patience while I asked a ton of questions. He knew his stuff and helped me find the right setup for my place. Overall, a top guy and I’d happily recommend Leo to anyone looking into solar panels. Solar installation went ahead as planned.

Great competitive price, fantastic customer service throughout and an epic system. I dealt with Reece and he was so helpful, great communication throughout and he always found out the answer for us. Our house isn’t straight forward for solar panels but Reece was extremely patient with all our queries and we got a system perfect for us. The team that installed the solar panels& batteries worked at lightening speed - they were here first thing in the morning and done by lunchtime - they did such a neat and tidy job. The app is so user friendly and informative - really puts you in control. We are so pleased we are going to be saving so much from now on. Great aftercare from fresh solar - I highly recommend. The only regret is that we didn’t get solar panels sooner!

Well booked this thou Costco web site and made appointment to come and give us a quote explained everything and we upgraded our battery to medium so we decided to go ahead so the scaffolding rang us and said they be there in 2 day so that’s done the solar panels arrived 3 days later installed and the electrician arrived 2 days later explained everything to us went very well would recommend these guys

We chose Fresh Electrical Solutions in 2022, as first time buyers. We wanted to install a system that would cover the needs of our home. From the very beginning, Leo recommended good quality kit, and guided us through the purchasing process. The installation went on time and without any problems. But what really pleasantly surprised us was the after-care. Dan Knowles helped us whenever we had a problem, or a question (we are not specialists). Recently, one of the batteries stopped working; Fresh Electrical Solutions engineers contacted GivEnergy and found a way to solve the problem. Although they had to visit us three times, 90 miles away from their headquarters, they came in a timely manner and helped us. I wish more companies had the ethics and commitment of this company. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

The installation process was smooth

The men who fitted my solar system was brilliant. A courtesy call the day before fitting stating arrival might be nice. Good communication online ( i am not best with computer )
i should have asked if i could have info posted. All panels fitted and running in a day. Expect scaffolding to be up at least 2 weeks after. Fresh electrical should look for other contractors to this for them. But fresh electrical have responded well and did chase them up.

Great pre contract, contract and post contract communication.
The work was completed very well and on time.

System generates so much ev we can sell a load to the net, amazing system and service.
