Terrible (non-existant) customer service. I tried numerous times to cancel while it appeared order was stuck in the first stage several weeks after placing the order (they advertised 3-9 business days). Emails not responded to. Chat bot opened tickets that were never responded to. I finally got the delivery after 5 weeks when I no longer wanted it. To be fair the air fresheners look nice. Haven't opened to check smell as they are a gift (very late Christmas gift :-/ ).

Dropshippers don’t buy

Ordered on the 9th of December , Arrived on the 30th of December. Zero communication and tracking number didn’t work, also air freshener that has arrived smells of nothing

I have just received my order but it's of someone's family instead of our dog. I suspect someone is going to be very disappointed when they open their package to see a collection of white chihuahua photos. Customer chat is closed so I can't even complain to them. Would not buy again.

Ordered my fresheners on the 8th with a 3-9 day processing time. Tracking says it’s not even in production yet and they were for a gift to be given tomorrow. The live chat never seems to be working when I try to contact them. I’m really hoping I will hear from them before Christmas!

Ordered 10 fresheners for £40. Envelope came with just 3 inside. I queried this immediately on the support chat, got told a colleague would send the rest out. Clarified they had been created and was just waiting for them to be sent on. That was weeks ago. Support either say they'll email back or ignore my messages. However I get plenty of emails asking to review my order - so here it is. My order was rubbish and I'll be getting my money back. I suggest you avoid this company unless you want to be disappointed like me.
