As the owner of Rideabikenz

As the owner of Rideabikenz, a New Zealand–based motorcycle rental company, I had the pleasure of working alongside Freshline Tours, supplying motorcycles for one of their guided adventures and assisting with route planning.
Right from the start, the connection was both easy and enjoyable. What stood out most though, was the quality of the group itself. The group were utter legends! Experienced riders, that worked well together. I particularly noticed how their planning was discussed between the whole group which i thought was pretty cool!
It’s clear that Freshline Tours attracts a high calibre of client and delivers an experience to match. A very well-run operation in my opinion, and one I’d happily work with again.

Erik is on another level

Erik is on another level; he is operating and pushing to keep something built that is amazing. His patience with members, his ability to ride is incredible and if you are accepted; its a life changing experience. I assure you, theres way more positive experiences had than negative but most dont think to take the time to review.

Eric and the freshline crew claim they are helping people in need around the world , they wouldn’t help a US citizen. I paid their fees up front , which I didn’t have to do. I was excited about going , I had a medical life changing event with a family member and now I’m back to work and can’t go. They refused to give me any money back and said if I could find someone to buy it that would be cool. They provided me no services and I did nothing
With them and and they won’t return my money

I signed up and paid over 6000$ for a crucible that was scheduled for April 2026, in November I found out I require eye surgery that will cost me over 10000$ so I cancelled and asked for a refund, they refused! They say I have 50% in credit but I will never be able to get that money back, they are crooks and are only doing this to get money, if you sign up be sure that you will never have any unforeseen circumstances, they don’t care they just want your money!

Response to Les

Response to Les. I have no idea who he/she is anyway.

I paid you 7000 $ in advance. I suddenly realized after few hours in the first day. That it wasn’t for me for many reasons.

YOU ARE OBLIGED BY THE LAW TO GIVE BACK AT LEAST PART OF THE MONEY PAID. FOR NOT GIVEN THE SERVICE.

Erik, Jordan.. apparently the leaders who run the business. DONT EVEN ANSWER MY CALLS AND MSGS

I blame you and you made me unhappy because YOU STOLE MY FKG MONEY !!

Gambler is angry and childish.

I am currently on the Bootcamp that the reviewer Gambler was supposed to be on. He did not come with us, and left after spending an hour at the ranch. All he wanted to do was drink beer and smoke weed. This is a dirtbike BootCamp, not a party. Gambler admitted before he decided to remove himself from bootcamp that he did not watch any of the videos or read any of the provided materials to prep for the bootcamp. This was never sold to anyone as a vacation. This is to prep for expeditions to remote areas on dirtbikes. You could not ask for better instructors than PD and Ruan. Great teachers and great guys and we all laugh a lot every day. We are happy that Gambler did not come with us as I'm certain he would have ruined the trip for everyone so for that I say thank you! I can't believe the level of rider I am becoming because of this trip. I have taken some great video and pictures while riding because I can take my phone wherever I want unless we are eating. The water at the ranch comes from a well, just like the majority of water in Namibia and it's delicious. One of the Freshline values is to own your sh*t. You have no business being part of the club if all you're going to do is blame others because you're unhappy.

It sounds like you are referring to a different club. This is a men's club and our only assessment specialists are Volunteer Expedition Leaders who are all men.

Avoid Freshline Moto Expedition Club at…

Avoid Freshline Moto Expedition Club at All Costs"

I had a terrible experience with Freshline Moto Expedition Club, and I'm honestly questioning the validity of all these positive reviews—they seem suspiciously like paid reviews or fake accounts. This isn't a club or a professional organization; it's a tour guide company that's overcharging and dodging responsibility if anything goes wrong.

On the 12th, I had an interview scheduled for 5:00 pm (UK time) with someone named Allie. After two days with no contact, I finally got a message confirming the interview, but it felt rushed and poorly organized. Then, during the interview, Allie appeared in a thin tank top, sitting outside on a sunny deck with a cocktail. This is not the image of professionalism I expected. The whole thing felt like a poorly executed sales tactic—and frankly, it came off as a little inappropriate and unprofessional.

If you're thinking of going with Freshline, consider all the red flags. They seem more interested in flashy appearances than actual customer care. Plus, they avoid taking responsibility for any mishaps, which is concerning when it comes to an activity like this.

Don’t waste your time or money here. Find a more reliable and professional organization!

I have been on 2 trips with Freshline

I have been on 2 trips with Freshline, Columbia '22, and Morocco '23. Awesome trips, Solid guys that end up on the trips. In between trips we connect over Zoom and on their member portal for asynchronous conversations. It's in the early stages but getting better all the time. The trips are on point! Breakdowns, hard riding sometimes, real adventure.

FreshLine is awesome!

I have been on two trips now with FreshLine and can say that nobody beats the value that they provide. They could choose to charge a lot more than they do but instead they keep it affordable which is really cool. I highly recommend checking them out! This is not a tour company but a real expedition experience where everyone has to work together.

Been in Freshline since Fall 2022

I’ve been involved with Freshline since the first Boot Camp in fall 2022 and rode on the Patagonia expedition in November 2023. It’s an awesome group of guys who come from an extremely wide range of backgrounds and find a common bond over raw adventure and riding. The trips are absolutely incredible and life-changing, but the bond you make with different guys while overcoming challenges as a team is equally awesome. Personally, I’ve grown a lot during my time with them, and really look forward to continuing to ride in the future.

I found Freshline shortly after my marriage of 23 years collapsed. It was the network of Brothers and adventures that I needed in my life. I’m really not sure where I would be mentally if I hadn’t found these guys. I’ve gone to Boot Camp and then maybe Mongolia, New Zealand and next to Peru wouldn’t change it for the world.

Superb trips, all around the world, and an experience you’ll never forget. Already on my 3rd trip with them: Peru, Morocco and Mongolia.

The founders and trip leaders will make sure you’ll be on a trip you’ll never forget and want to come back to.

Offensive leader

Just don’t make a mistake to give him your contact details. I don’t know if it’s scam or not but I can tell you he won’t take no for an answer and then start sending offensive emails when you try to sign out.

Membership to Ghost Town

I paid to be a part of something exciting but ended up joining a ghost town. The promise of a brotherhood seems to be a marketing gimmick.

Beware of Freshline. Really a company?

Very disappointed with the Freshline motorcycle club. Cancelled the "bootcamp" due to a family emergency, but they dragged their feet on the refund and shortchanged me. Plus, I'm suspicious of their legitimacy as their "business" is nowhere to be found online.
