I purchased an outfit that was in so poor quality, seams shredding, so wrinkled my dry cleaners couldnt get the wrinkles out. The color was not as picture showed. I contacted them several times. I asked for a full refund, they said I would have to mail it back to them in CHINA. They used an American Warehouse address. They told me I can keep the outfit and I would get a 15% discount off of another item. There response to me and everyone else on this site, is that We are sorry to hear about this. We thrive to please our customers. How can we make it right? They can make it right in only one way...TAKE DOWN YOUR SITE. Its a scam and not fair to the consumer.

This place is a scam. Has a 30-day money back guarantee, and the items were delivered from a warehouse in Los Angeles, that just happens to be 5 miles away from me. However, i wanted to return the items and my only option was to return it to warehouse in China. To return it to China would have cost more than the dresses purchased. In a “good faith” offer, they said I could keep the dresses and they would give me 10% off. I responded that this wasn’t acceptable and then they offered 15% back and I could keep the trash pieces that they sent. All the items looked like knockoffs of the pictures. Looking at the website again, I also noticed a pair of shoes on the website are originally a photo of free bird shoes. I bet they just use the stock photo and send cheap faux leather shoes. Never buying anything suggested through Instagram again. Their website looks legit too. Seems like a boutique in North Carolina. There’s no way. I submitted a complaint to my cc company, but because I actually received clothing and there is technically an option to return it, even if it is astronomical to do so, they’re siding with the merchant. SCAM!!!!!!

It’s another Chinese company. The dress looked like it was from Temu. Terrible quality. Plus, their return policy is a lie - you can return it at your own expense to China, for a 15% refund. That’s it.

Also, their customer service will give you the run around. I contacted them immediately upon opening the package and seeing the poor quality and was passed around at least four representatives who all told me something different.

The company is deceptive in that I thought I was ordering from a company in Charlotte North Carolina as that was at the top of the screen. It also said 30 day Returns. I ordered a dress, but didn't like how it fit on me and the color was different from the picture online and it definitely came from China. I wanted to return it and they said I could keep the dress and they would give me 10% of the cost. I didn't like that answer but wanted to return the dress for a full refund, which they then told me I would need to send it to send it to their overseas warehouse (China) and pay the expensive postage and various fees. What a rip off! Don't buy from them!! It came from a warehouse in California, but nope you can't return it there, they have a real scam going on. Not USA, you are dealing with China. DO NOT PURCHASE from them.

I wish I had looked farther into this company before ordering. It was a busy time of year for me so I did a quick look and thought that it was a reputable company. I ordered the Judith colorful Maxi Dress. I could overlook the fact that quality of material is much lower than pictured I mean for $60 you really can't expect too much. But the design of the dress -how the top meets the waistline is not the same dress and not to mention the color and pattern are so far off from what is pictured. This is clearly a bait and switch company. Not to mention how come you can't read any of the reviews on their website - it list them but I cant open any of them. hmmmm......

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CHINESE SCAMMER COMPANY!

Merchandise from this company is very cheaply made & falsely advertised. This company is untrustworthy and blatantly misrepresents in every aspect! Sizing is ridiculously small. Materials are not what is represented in their slick advertising.
They state you will be refunded if not satisfied is TOTALLY UNTRUE!
I tried to contact Customer Service @FRESH NORTH COMPANY 5 minutes after opening my order. (Getting someone to speak to is impossible and finding out HOW to contact them is difficult.)
After offering me a 10% Refund, they told me I could return the items. To return items they give you some different address in China which is very expensive!
Unless you want to throw away your money, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CRIMINALS!
Yes I was extremely dumb to fall for their advertising.

Purchased a dress on Fresh North website and I received the dress, but it didn't look like their photos on their website. Wish I could add photos to show you the difference in fabric colors. On the website it showed a multicolored dress with deep burgundy, blues, tan beautiful colors and I received a dress that was colorful and vibrant and looked like a clown dress.

Wish I read reviews before ordering. Same experience as the others and I wish I could give no stars. Order placed beginning of August and finally just received a month later despite being promised 5-7 business day arrival. Why this "business" has not been reported to the BBB as fraudulent is beyond me. I have no idea how they sleep at night claiming to be run by "3 women" in North Carolina when all of their subpar merch comes straight from China, is of awful quality and cannot be returned for any meaningful refund. RUN for the hills and do NOT order from this website.

I feel like I have been scammed. The clothes I ordered were so very different than depicted. The clothes were of such inferior quality, I am embarrassed to even give them away. In order to facilitate a return, I had to send the clothes back to China myself - which would have cost more than the outfit. This was a terrible experience from top to bottom.

The dress was NOTHING like the photo. They do not allow you to return it without incurring lots of charges to both ship and restock, so you end up having to keep it by default. They offer 10% back for your dissatisfaction. Terrible.

I bought a dress that looked gorgeous in the photos but was absolutely horrible when I received. The color was off, the fabric was terrible, and the bottom was unfinished. I tried to return and they make it impossible. They offered me 10% of my purchase price as a return which would have been around $5. Other option was to ship it back to China and incur the shipping costs myself. Horrible company/horrible customer service.
