Very happy with the service Freshplates.ie provides. I placed my order at 4pm and it was shipped out that day and it was delivered by 2pm the next day. The plates were perfect and well wrapped. Customer service is also top notch. Had and issue with my order of my own fault and they rang me straight away and sorted it no bother at all. Will definitely order from again if changing my plates!

The customer service is next level! The owner went out of his way to customise my plate to make sure I was happy. I ordered a design he didn’t have anymore but he offered to remake it for me regardless.

Lost the back number plate from the holder on my car and ordered from them immediately when I got home. In the morning I managed to find the plate on the road, and emailed Freshplate to see if they could cancel the order, it was no trouble for them and they put through my cancellation without issue. Would recommend

One of the numbers fell off after only 3 weeks of having them on the car. It’s been 2 days since I emailed them about the issue to see if I can get a refund or new ones and I still have not got an answer from them very poor customer service. I wouldn’t waste your money.

Just got a set of 4D plates from them, they look brilliant and the service is excellent.

Terrible, wasn't happy with the standard of quality on the plate, white specs all across the black numbers, sent an email, one week no response, sent another email and they said oh we didn't receive your other email, BS. Didn't acknowledge my dissatisfaction, and went on to basically say custom order no refund, even tho they messed up with the quality. No quality, lack of customer service and more expensive than competitors, AVOID.

Ordered online and delivery was quick smart. They also advised on best options to stick to car for the type of plate. Would recommend to anyone looking for new plates.
