I’m so thankful for this customer service. Amazing! I had trouble with my order for a friend and I was a little bummed, but Sunny was incredibly helpful and patient. They put me at ease. I will definitely be recommending Fresh Sends to friends and will be ordering for myself. Love the idea that you get a different bouquet every time, but the aesthetic is very what I’m looking for—modern, a little wild yet somehow clean. Thank you!!!

I am so impressed with Fresh Sends! They sent an absolutely gorgeous bouquet of fresh and beautifully arranged flowers. They were thoughtfully and carefully packaged. I would HIGHLY recommend them for your flower needs. Not only was the arrangement beautiful, there were many "high end" flowers - and fabulous filler.

I had a great experience placing my order but accidentally typed the wrong apartment number for my delivery. I emailed customer service immediately since I had a next-day delivery, and Holiday helped me out! Holiday responded in just a few minutes and was super helpful. Resolved my issue SO quickly! The flowers are just as beautiful as you see online… My order was delayed an extra day, but they stepped up and sent another batch of flowers out.

There was an issue with Fedex not delivering the package after stating they did (something out of their control) . Fresh Sends quickly responded to my email and refunded same day! Great customer service with quick responses and actual people who care. Highly recommend!
