Having some experience with mouth taping and nasal strips, I ordered a combo pack out of curiosity. Delivery to Belgium was next day, with a personal note. Now my third night and a very positive experience: having a beard, other moth taping products frequently loosened by morning, these ones did not move an inch so far, due to their anatomic shape and superb adhesive power. The scent is nice.
Same for the nose strips, one of them even survived sauna after sports without any problem.

This is a gamechanger when snoring and deep sleep. Now I sleep better and so my fiancée (I stop snoring).
Very good adhesion to the nose but you can still pull it off without any pain!
The only downfall is when removing the mouth tape; it's really sticked to my lips.
Good to mention, no issues with the beard.

Love the lavender smell, very strong tape that last all night. I use it daily during the night, would definitely recommend.

I am very happy with the Freshtapes. It has a very pleasant scent, which helps me feel relaxed before going to bed. I've also noticed several benefits: I sleep better, deeper, and I no longer wake up with a dry mouth. I use it every night. I've been using it for about a month now and have already ordered more! I am also curious about the nose strips to improve my sports performance.

The only downside for me is the feeling when you remove the tape from your mouth—it doesn’t feel pleasant on the lips. I’d love to hear if there are any tips for that! Overall, I am very happy with the Freshtapes!

Great products, effective as well. Great for improving sleep and exercise quality and experience. The lavender smell is a nice addition.
