Don’t waste your time
I haven’t order from them on over 4 years but I keep getting asked for a review for here it is. I loved the laundry items but everything else was a joke. The body was left a film, the shampoo and conditioner were awful and it took a lot. They lost me as a laundry subscriber when I had a couple shipping problems resulting in me running out of product and instead of rushing something or offering a replacement it waited two more weeks and got a bonus fabric refresher. Woo. So I have found lots of better options out there - with much better customer service and experience.

Smells amazing and works great
Smells amazing and works great. Also I have sensitive skin and a lot of scented products have given me a rash but I have been using Frey for a while and have never had an issue.

Shipping problems?
Shipping problems or not, this was the third cycle my Frey was late. If I have to go to buy a store brand because my order hasn’t arrived (3 weeks after shipping notification) then I’m not getting my money’s worth.
Very disappointed with this experience.

I love the Frey products and the scent…
I love the Frey products and the scent is addictive. After some changes to their packaging and some new product launches, their service and some products had me concerned. Customer service here is THE BEST. I support small American businesses that do good for the environment, produce things that we use daily but with a touch of luxury, and offer it all with impeccable service to the customer. You can't ask for more.

Overall not bad
Overall, I had a decent experience with Frey. We loved the detergent and softener that we would get, however it became really hard for us to spend that kind of money when shipments were constantly delayed and we had to go to Walmart and buy detergent to get us through in between shipments. What really made us step away from Frey was their lack of a free & clear type detergent as I recently had a baby. It was more cost effective for us to switch to a free & clear detergent as a family. We may come back in the future if shipping issues improve once my daughter’s skin isn’t so sensitive

I do enjoy your products, I have ordered many times. I use the laundry soap, fabric softener, and dryer sheets. I have gifted the hand sanitizer to my son; he says it's the best smelling sanitizer he's ever had.
