Beware Game Chest Group has been running the same scam for years. Different site same thing. Sorry if they got you but the only way to stop it will be to cancel your credit card. I highly suggest you do that ASAP.
5 weeks now with choices lacking keys "just a zero instead of a key". Their support stopped responding to this issue without fixing it and continue to be silent. I have had to cancel the subscription (hopefully that works) and will perform a chargeback since I have not received 5 weeks of what they are supposed to deliver for the $14.99/month paid
I had an issue with a steam code for a game and the customer support was fast to help me.

I've had nothing but a terrible experience with this subscription service.
First of all, if you pay for their service on a Saturday, you have to wait till next Friday to get a game, this is not mentioned anywhere.
Further more the subscription for 19.99USD says "Weekly games boxes"
But you only get one box each week.
I have written their online support while their live chat said "Online" I have no waited for 12 hours without a reply, while chat apparently still being online

To address your concerns, I'll try to clear things up! What you say is true, that if you subscribe on a saturday, the next game box you will get is the upcoming friday! However when you sign up, you will get to pick one of our bonus games to receive instantly.
The reason behind our title "Get new games every friday" is that we occasionally send out more than one game. However we understand the confusion and we will add clarification to the website.
Regarding that you had to wait for an answer in the livesupport, we are terribly sorry that you didnt get a response faster.

Have tried Fridayplays for some weeks now and I'll absolutley continue. Fun way to get new games if you have a period with not knowing which new game to play.
