Would give zero stars if I could. Other than order confirmation I have had no further correspondence from this company. I have emailed numerous times and got no replies. Over 30 days later i've raised a dispute through my bank to get my money back. Shocking company to deal with. Please avoid!

Never came, no communication, no refund! It's a fake tracking number so it makes it difficult to get a refund from your bank - they supposedly sent it Royal Mail 48 Tracked, but it's been a week and still nothing and still says "In Transit". FYI I ordered it over a month ago. Beware! I didn't think a fridge company would be a con, so I didn't check Trustpilot before...and wish I had!

I ordered two Samsung fridge filters on 6th November 2025. I waited until 27th December for a package to be delivered to me.
1) The package contained only 1 fliter
2) The filter was incorrect
Subsequently, I emailed the company many times and received no response.
I called them and was told that they were sorry and would deal with the issue immediately. I received an email apologising but nothing happened. I am still awaiting a delivery of the correct product.
I have attampted to call them again but am unable to even leave leave a message.
In my view the company is a fraud and nobody should be dealing with them.

I ordered filters, they didn't turn up. I requested an update a few times and each time got an automatically generated reply. I had purchased the items on a credit card so just reported it as a scam to the bank and got my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I'm afraid my experience is exactly the same as all the others;

I ordered a filter, after a couple of weeks I realised that we hadn’t received the item yet. I emailed them and had to wait a few days to get a response, stating ‘I'm pleased to confirm that your order has been processed and is being prepared for despatch.’. The email was very generic and didn’t explain why it hadn’t been processed weeks ago. However I wasn’t suspicious at this stage.

A few more weeks passed. I went on holiday. I came back from holiday. Still no filter.

I emailed again asking to be refunded. No response at all.

I decided to google the company and see if anyone else had had any issues. A quick glance on Trust Pilot revealed that yes, everyone was having the same experience: No filter, no contact, no refund.

I've now reported this company to the 'Report Fraud' Cyber crime unit. It seems like this company has a policy to consciously and deliberately take orders being unable to fulfil them and withhold refunds.

Ordered a filter 19th January. It’s now 3rd February and still not arrived.

Have used this company before and although they have been slow in delivering goods they have eventually arrived. This time I ordered 2 filers in Nov and got the same story as everyone bad batch.!! Eventually in January got email saying dispatched , But as everyone else Parcel force stated waiting for item . Spoke to Michael who said he would sort it out . One filter arrived . week later Again spoke with Michael who promised he was printing the label and it would be sent asap. Nothing arrived . So I emailed the company asking for refund. Today 22nd January I have received a full refund into by bank. Not sure what is going on with them but due to my service I won't be using them again. PLEASE don't say items are in stock on your web page when they are obviously not. OR when you don't have them to hand. Plus your live chat and email response are awful. It appears only when threatened with Bank chargeback you reply.

rubbish, I ordered filters and they never arrived, been robed off with a story about a new order replacing a dodgy batch. 6 weeks later still no filters.

THE FRIDGE FILTER SHOP (aka FFS (LMAO) on trust pilot - Likely to stop people finding their reviews!) I wish I read the reviews before ordering. Ordered weeks ago and nothing arrived. I tried contacting the company and no answer. Eventually Opened a bank claim and suddenly they replied saying the products were all mouldy and would offer a refund. They did not. Then they said package was lost and they are investigating. Reiterated I wanted a refund and nothing. Then they sent tracking details for an order they shipped the day before (as per tracking info) but claimed it was the missing package from weeks ago and there was nothing they can do. No refund. Package arrived and returned via a FREEPOST label they sent (untracked) but I obtained a proof of posting as they are clearly trying to scam the system and not give a refund. What arrived wasn't even what I ordered, it was two fake shabby filters, unbranded, god knows if they'd been used before or not the way they were packaged. Serious health and safety concerns with this company. They hide behind this 'we have been trading since blah blah' script, but have no interest in upholding their company reputation, as they lie and cheat customers, which is clear in all the other reviews on trustpilot. They have reported reviews to have them edited, so what was a 3 line review is now an indepth review. If they wanted an update, here you go. I'm taking you to a small claims court, I WILL be reporting you to ActionFraud and I am taking action against you via bank and in all legalities because you cant think you can simply get away with this behaviour. Taking hundreds of peoples money and thinking you can get away with it?? I would suggest anyone reading to report them, not just add to the reviews which they seem to think they can report and have removed!

Placed an order over 3 weeks ago. After 2 weeks of emailed or arriving I’ve chased them only to be told my order is ready for dispatch but the warehouse haven’t sent it or had any tracking info so did I want to wait for the order or get a refund. I asked for a refund on 28th Nov I haven't heard back and have since chased them with 3 emails.

What a disgrace this company is.
We cancelled our subscription months ago, almost a year ago.
They still took our money and sent an email saying the item was shipping.
I was finally able to get it sorted and refunded.
All of a sudden, money has been taken from our bank account. No subscription, no direct debit in place and no email.
This is shocking, this company should be shut down. You can’t just take money from people!

I can concur with Muhammed. Bought 3 filters on 2/8/25, haven't received any. Raised the problem with card provider who asked to wait for 15 days before dispute can be opened. As a general public knowledge: the director has been involved with several companies who've been closed down, the last one' Aqua filters 'of the same trading address as The Fridge Filter... When looking up his home address you'll find his house been blanked out. All publicly available info.

If I could give a negative star I would, no communication from them despite emails and a phone call, no filters have arrived, don't waste your money with this company you will be bitterly disappointed.

I placed an order with this shop for 2 Samsung water cartridges then, having received no order confirmation after I placed my order, I read the Trustpilot reviews and was quite concerned. However, a week after ordering I did get my order confirmation and then 12 days after ordering my order came via Royal Mail. I wasn’t able to get into the tracking to request safe place delivery but they did in fact deliver to my safe place. The filters look exactly like what I ordered - so all good.
I would recommend that this shop sends out an order confirmation with estimated delivery day - immediately after purchase - which is what most sellers do. Also I recommend they deliver within 4 days of an order being placed or specify otherwise on the website when the customer is purchasing. 12 days is too long to wait.

Shocking, Trustpilot, you need negative star ratings for this bunch. Put a six month order for replacement water filters. They had the one I needed 'in stock', but what turned up was nothing like it, and came in a blank box. It didn't fit and came apart while trying to fit. This company is selling knock off filters and I've had a 'ticket' raised but that's it. Avoid at all costs.

I cannot stress enough how awful this company is. I bought a filter in January and have not received it. They took my money and have not responded to any emails I've sent. I've tried calling but the phone just rings and then a message says there is no-one available and you can't leave a message. Live chat doesn't work. I am appalled that a company can do this and get away with it. I have used them in the past with no trouble.

I've tried every possible way to contact them:

Emails: Ignored.
Live chat: No response.
Phone: Constantly goes to voicemail, which is full. (I can only imagine how many other frustrated customers are trying to get through!)
This level of customer service is simply unacceptable. It feels like a complete scam. I strongly advise anyone considering using FridgeFilterShop to look elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle and potential loss of money.

I'm incredibly disappointed and frustrated by this experience.

One star is too much avoid this company at all costs.
You cannot communicate with them in any way, they won't reply to emails or answer the phone. You can't leave answerphone messages. I'm still waiting for my order to be delivered after six weeks.

Either this is a con or the worst possibly organised retailer in all time - the filters are shown in stock - there is no communication after the initial confirmation only a vague promise to send confirmation of dispatch. Then nothing - phone lines not working, email's ignored - they do respond to chat but only to lie that it's being processed and dispatched shortly. Avoid this company.
